PT DH Energy, a group company of PT Darma Henwa Tbk, in collaboration with PT Pendopo Energi Batubara, one of Coal Mining Company with large - potential coal resources and hold the CCOW 3rd Generation, running construction stage. Our mine site located in Muara Enim – South Sumatera and our head office, base in Jakarta.

We produces coals and supplies electricity and alternative energy to power utilities and industries. The Company is urgently seeking professionals to fill the following positions at its Headquarter in Jakarta and site operations as :


FINANCE & ACCOUNTING MANAGER (FA MNGR)
BASE : JAKARTA

Will Reports directly to Finance & Accounting Director.

Requirements :

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting/Finance with 7 years of experience in accounting and finance function in manufacturing operation set-up.
• Male/female, age between 30 – 35 years old.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications especially in Excel and accounting system.
• Possess strong analytical thinking and communication skills.
• Sufficient English competency, both oral and written.
• Good leader with managerial skills.
• Independent, mature, confident, precise and logical with strong analytical skills.
• Familiar with local best practices taxation, accounting matters and general laws and regulations

PROJECT MANAGER
BASE : SITE LOCATION

The successful applicant must be able to organize, manage, monitor and be active for a Project organization in order to undertake a scope of work and achieve status of safety, quality, schedule and costs as laid down in a contract with Client/Contractors that in line with Company s best interests to achieve success Project. He Will Reports directly to Project Director and C.O.O and will be responsible to :

Key Responsibilities :

1. Manage for all aspect ,technical and non technical aspect of the operation of mining project construction stage.
2. Manage the generation of all company s mining infrastructure and exploration / drilling activity.
3. Act as KTT and Maintain company objectives in relation to safety, quality & environtment or “K3LH”.
4. Implement existing formal project procedures for all aspects of the work ensure that adequate checks and balances built into the organization procedures.
5. Develop an organization chart using the Company model which will describe Project team and which includes all functions required within the Project Contract. Functional areas of work may include Mining Operations, the Engineering, Asset Management, Commercial, Procurement, Finance & Accounting, Safety, Formalities, and Human Resources.
6. Initiate the Project by conducting a kick off meeting with the Project team assign duties and responsibilities as detailed in the functional matrix.
7. Prepare budget the progress and performance of all functional areas of the Project.
8. Arrange and manage all statutory permits and approvals as required to and with the Contract.
9. Take particular responsibility to ensure harmonious and cooperative related with industrial relations, Community relations and employees welfare in all aspects in the Project.

Requirements :

• Engineering formal basic education , Minimum Bachelor degree (S1) , Preferable from mining engineering or related major and required to work extended hours to meet project requirements.
• Min 10 years experience in mining company.
• Min. 2 years professional experience as Site / Project Manager.
• “Kepala Teknik Tambang /Pengawas Operasional Utama Certificate” is a must.
• Capable of handling government and local society, excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Male, Max age 45 years old.
• Familiar with Computer Literate Microsoft Office and MINCOM, SURPAC.
• Position is accountable held for Project performance.
• Commitment to a systems approach to mining.
• Fluent in English.

COMMUNITY GOVERNMENT & LAND MANAGEMENT (CGLM)
BASE : SITE LOCATION – SOUTH SUMATERA

Will Reports directly to Project Director and and will be responsible to :
• Land Akuitition
• Community Development of local area
• External Relation
• All of Local government regulation.


Requirements :

• Minimum Bachelor degree (S1) in related field from reputable university.
• Familiar with Muara Enim Area ( preferably original citizen from South Sumatera).
• Min. 7 years professional experience in the same field in mining company.
• Able to influence people, Good communication, negotiation & interpersonal skill.
• Max age 50 years old.
• Computer Literate.
• Fluent in English.
• Fast learner, problem solver, and trustworthy

MINE ENGINEERING SUPERITENDENT (MINE SPT)
BASE : SITE LOCATION – SOUTH KALIMANTAN

Will Reports directly to Project Director and and will be responsible to :
• Mine planning of project
• Mine development of project
• Progress of mine achievment


Requirements :

• Minimum Bachelor degree (S1) in mining engineering from reputable university.
• Min. 7 years professional experience with 5 years as mine planning engineer in coal mining company.
• Computer Literate& Able to operate software like Autocad, Map info.
• Max age 45 years old.
• Fluent in English.
• Familiar with safety regulation, Hold POP or POU preferable.


FUEL & LOGISTIC MANAGER ( FUEL MNGR)
FUEL & LOGISTIC SUPERITENDENT (FUEL SPT)
BASE : SITE LOCATION

Will Reports directly to Project Director and and will be responsible to :
• Prepare management fuel usage and planning.
• Handling fuel transportation from fuel port to fuel storage at site location.
• Manage all consumable goods for project continuance.
• Arrange all document need for transportation and moving of fuel and explosive material.
• Manage and make sure all of activity comply to safety regulation.
• Prepare consolidated supply plan against realization.
• Manage inventory system and control at site.
• Consolidate fixed asset register.


Requirements :

• Minimum Bachelor degree (S1) in related field from reputable university.
• Min. 7 years professional experience as Fuel Supply & Logistic managerial level, preferably in mine Industry.
• Good communication & interpersonal skill.
• Familiar with shipping & marine regulation.
• Max age 50 years old.
• Computer Literate.
• Fluent in English is a must.
• Fast learner, problem solver, and trustworthy.
• Familiar with safety regulation.
• Willing to work under pressure.
• Having good analytical skill.

CHIEF GEOLOGIST (CG)
BASE : SITE LOCATION – SOUTH SUMATERA

Will Reports directly to Project Director and and will be responsible to :
• Exploration project
• Drilling activity
• Geotechnical project
• Data processing and data analize of Coal Resources & exploration
• Performance of All of contractor regarding exploration & geological project at site


Requirements :

• Minimum Bachelor degree (S1) in geological engineering from reputable university.
• Min. 7 years professional experience with 5 years as Field & exploration Geologist in coal mining company.
• Good Leadership.
• Computer Literate& Able to operate software like Autocad, Map info.
• Max age 45 years old.
• Fluent in English.
• Familiar with safety regulation, Hold POP or POU preferable.
