    To support our operations in Indonesia we are seeking highly qualified candidates for the following position:

    Proposal Specialist
    (Jakarta Raya)

    Requirements:
    * Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Industrial), Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
    * High attention to details
    * Good organizing skills
    * Good command in English is a must
    * Previous experience dealing with tender/bid or contract documents are preferrable.
    * Fresh graduates/entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.

    Responsibilities:
    * Prepares comprehensive job analysis, proposals, and bid preparation for customer evaluation.
    * Utilizes technical knowledge of company services in analyzing job requirements.
    * Proofreads, edits, and reviews written proposal material during proposal effort to ensure customer defined requirements are met.
    * Verifying the completeness of all tender documents while maintaining its confidentiality prior to submission.
    * Liaising with relevant parties in conjunction with the effort of completing of the tender documents in time
