    Requirements:
    * University degree or equivalent with minimum 10 years experiences as Drilling Supervisor/Driller in shallow gas/oil well. Coring experience is an advantage
    * Able to work under pressure
    * Willingness to work in drilling rotations and alone in remote well sites
    * Has IWCF & TBOSIET certificate
    * Fluent in English communication both spoken and written.

    Responsibilities:
    * To ensure a safe, cost effective and on-time implementation of drilling operations on our Rig (s) incl. all day to day operations
    * Be the focal point of contact for clients, subcontractors, vendors and office.
    * Assist Tender department in PQ/ bidding activities
    * Assist in expanding drilling fleet through equipment and tooling knowledge
    * Reporting to Drilling Manager
