* Co-ordinate engineers in executing projects based on prioritisation from the bigger picture plan and identify area for improvement.
* Prepare annual budget based on equipment, production performance and overall target.

* Prepare data for monthly report.
* Coordinate project prioritisation from the bigger picture plan and identify are for improvement.
* Manage the CEA development, tender documents and be involved in related commercial processes required by department for major projects or equipment purchases.

2. Memonitor stripping ratio untuk memastikan kesesuaiannya dengan rencana kerja;
3. Mengkoordinasi dan monitor pemakaian peralatan berat yang digunakan oleh kontraktor untuk memastikan kesesuaian dengan rencana kerja yang telah disepakati;
4. Menyusun laporan kinerja kontraktor dan menyerahkannya kepada Production Superintendent untuk dikaji; Memberikan teguran kepada kontraktor di tambang bilamana terjadi penyimpangan atau ketidaksesuaian atas kesepakatan kontrak kerja;
5. Bekerja sama dengan Environment Dept dalam Memonitor proses pembuangan limbah tambang untuk memastikan tidak terjadinya pencemaran air dan lingkungan sekitar tambang;
6. Memberikan umpan balik terhadap proses operasional di area exploitasi tambang dan mengusulkan tindakan alternatif bilamana terjadi penyimpangan berdasarkan tingkat kewenangannya.

5. Finance & Accounting Superintendent
• Menyusun rencana dan mengelola ketersediaan dana operasional dan Mengusulkan permintaan dana operasional kepada atasan;
• Melaksanakan perhitungan gaji karyawan staff (misal: perhitungan jamsostek, pajak gaji dan lain-lain);
• Memeriksa perhitungan gaji non staff yg dilakukan oleh HRD dan melaksanakan pembayarannya;
• Melakukan pemeriksaan terhadap medical claim dari staff dan non staff untuk memastikan kesesuaiannya dengan plafond yang telah ditetapkan dalam peraturan perusahaan;
• Mengelola dan mengontrol proses penerimaan dan pembayaran tagihan termasuk memastikan kelengkapan dokumen (PO) dari kontraktor, vendor, supplier dan atau pembayaran langsung ke pihak ketiga lainnya (misal: keperluan pembebasan lahan);
• Memberikan umpan balik terhadap aktivitas di bidang pengelolaan dana di site (misal: penyimpangan pelaporan penggunaan keuangan, kesalahan hitung, kesalahan pembayaran, dan lain-lain) serta mengusulkan tindakan alternatif maupun solusi bilamana terjadi penyimpangan;
• Mengelola dan memonitor proses pencatatan transaksi keuangan site setiap bulan melalui system ACCPAC; Melakukan pengecekan data dan posting transaksi ke dalam system ACCPAC;
• Memeriksa kebenaran data transaksi (misal: keabsahan data dan transaksi, kelengkapan dokumen pendukung, kebenaran coding/ accounts) dan membandingkannya dengan dokumen transaksi (misal: voucher, invoices dan lain-lain);
• Mengelola dan mengontrol seluruh proses penyusunan laporan keuangan; Mereview laporan keuangan dari para bawahan dan memberikan umpan balik bilama tejadi kesalahan atau kekurangan data dan dokumen pendukungnya;
• Mempersiapkan data dan dokumen pendukung untuk keperluan audit di area terkait (misal kelengkapan dokumen AP/AR, dokumen pendukung dari bank, invoice dan lain-lain) yang dilakukan oleh audit pemerintah maupun audit eksternal;
• Menghitung dan menyusun laporan pajak, baik ppH 21 untuk karyawan di site maupun ppH 23 sesuai dengan peraturan perpajakan yang berlaku;
• Menyusun laporan pajak dan mengirimkannya kepada Finance & Accounting Dept di Jakarta untuk direview;
• Melaksanakan pembayaran pajak setelah laporan dan perhitungan pajak disetujui oleh kantor pusat.

6. Civil Engineer
Key Accountabilities:
• Familiar with Civil Engineering Detail Drawing and Steel Bridge Structure Drawing;
• Familiar with Quantity Surveying for supervise Steel Bridge Construction and pilling work;
• Be able to prepare and provide relevant project documents, instruction and procedures, work planning, budgeting, and reporting working progress;
• Generation/Review/Approval design calculation material take off (MTO);
• Be able to negotiate with contractor or other parties related to project work;
• Having good skill to analyze either proposal or others report from contractor which related to project work;
• Having experience to handle Quality Control which connect with working for mine infrastructure, such as road, bridge etc;
• Strong background in management of project;
• Good team work with the foreign contractor and consultant;
• Able to monitor and crosscheck the erection progress from contractor.
Specific Requirements:
• Min. 5 years experience in supervise steel bridge construction and hauling road;
• S1 From Civil engineering;

7. Environment Sr. Supervisor
- Mengelola dan monitor seluruh pelaksanaan kegiatan pengembalian fungsi lahan bekas galian tambang di area site Menyango (misal: rencana rekonstruksi tanah, pengembalian tanah bekas galian, recontouring, land clearing, penempatan dan penyebaran tanah pucuk, perencanaan drainase, dan lain-lain;

- Merencanakan dan memonitor pelaksanaan kegiatan pengelolaan dan pemantauan air limbah (water management)di area tambang, Memantau dan memeriksa kondisi air di kolam pengendap dan mengontrol pelaksanaan tindakan pencegahan (treatment) pencemaran lingkungan (misal: pemberian kapur tohor, tawas atau bahan-bahan kimia lannya) untuk menjaga dan memastikan agar kondisi air sesuai dengan standar baku mutu;
- Menyusun standar operasional kegiatan di bidang pengelolaan air dan menyerahkannya kepada Department Head untuk dikaji ulang;
- Monitor kegiatan pengelolaan limbah tambang (waste management) berupa limbah B3 (contoh : oli, air aki, dll) dan non B3 (contoh : besi bekas, dll), limbah organis dan non organic, maupun limbah produksi yang tergolong B3 (bahan beracun dan berbahaya), dan limbah infeksius (misal : jarum suntik, perban, dll);
- Menganalisis dan mengusulkan tindakan yang dianggap perlu untuk menangani limbah tambang;
- Mengawasi dan mengontrol kontraktor dalam mengelola limbah tambang dan memberikan teguran atau arahan sesuai tingkat kewenangannya bilamana terjadi penyimpangan dari perjanjian kerjasama;
- Merencanakan dan memonitor kegiatan daur ulang limbah organik dan non-organik sesuai dengan kondisi limbah (misal pembuatan pupuk kompos, dll) dan kebutuhan tambang;
Merencanakan, melaksanakan dan mengontrol kegiatan inspeksi ke lapangan untuk memastikan pelaksanaan pengelolaan limbah tambang sesuai dengan rencana.

• Merencanakan, mengelola dan memonitor kegiatan assist tug dalam mendampingi/ mengawal perjalanan kapal tongkang sampai dengan titik aman berikutnya; Memonitor keamanan muatan batu bara melalui komunikasi dengan kapten kapal;

* Verify that all repairs have been rectified prior to releasing the vehicle / equipment and initiating work order closure.

MINE ENGINEER HEAD
Responsibilities:
• To provide the leadership and coaching within the engineering group.

• Control and monitor overall packing and transport handling process to ensure handling process are meet the safety requirements and as per standard procedures.
• Administer and report all repair for light vehicle or light trucks, also cost for repaired in order to be reviewed and appraises by the Equipment manager.
• Monitor and control the company warehouse efficiency. Material Requisition vs Purchase Order cross checking, Cargo control, packing design, container loading to ensure warehouse system and procedure are adherance.

• Ongoing development of the maintenance management system.
• Preparing historical recording and statistical analysis reports to monitor equipment performance.

Special Requirements:
• D3 / S1 in Mechanical / Industrial Engineering / Trade background.
• Experience in maintenance task identification, planning, scheduling, allocation and completion for Mobile Mining Equipment ( MP/RE/CME/MS).
• Sound knowledge and experience in heavy equipment maintenance and equipment strategy development.
• Proven background in maintenance planning/scheduling (MP/RE/CME/MS).
• Having knowledge in heavy equipment mobile technical & operation, fluid and oil analysis is preferable (specially for OEM product like : CAT, Komatsu, Hitachi).
• Strong computer literacy, good interpersonal skill and motivate people.
