- Min S1 Civil Engineering/Industrial Engineering or others related engineering

2. Drilling Superintendent (all sites)

3. Senior Geologist (all sites)

4. Modeller Geologist (Jakarta based)
- Min. S1 Geologist
- Min 3 years experience as Modeller Geologisy for coal eexploration project
- Excellent in operating Minescape and supporting programs
- Excellent in managing data base (geobank)
- Willing to travel

5. Exploration Geologist (all sites)
- Min S1 Geology
- Min 2 years experience in coal exploration
- Familiar with geological software
- Willing to be located at all sites

6. GIS Analyst (Jakarta based)
- Min S1 Geography or related discipline
- Min. 3 years experience as GIS Specialist/Analyst
- Familiar with GIS program/GIS Software ESRI product (Arc GIS) and other supporting GIS programs
- Excellent in managing database
- Willing to travel

7. Finance & Administration Supervisor (Jakarta based)
- Min. S1 Accounting
- Min. 5 years experience
- Experience in handling financial management analysis, financial modeling, costing, budgeting & forecasting, A/P and A/R and general administration duties
- Experience in logistic/procurement/supply chain would be an advantage
- Willing to travel

8. Site Administration & Logistic Officer (East Kalimantan based)
- Min. S1 any disciplines
- Min 3 years experience in handling all general administration duties i.e. logistics, procurement, finance, general affairs, personnel administration, petty cash

* Oversee the plan requirement in advance to have better strategy in project and equipment scheduling.
* Co-ordinate engineers in executing projects based on prioritisation from the bigger picture plan and identify area for improvement.
* Prepare annual budget based on equipment, production performance and overall target.
* Coach colleagues especially on the technical and costing aspects.
* Prepare data for monthly report.
* Coordinate project prioritisation from the bigger picture plan and identify are for improvement.
* Manage the CEA development, tender documents and be involved in related commercial processes required by department for major projects or equipment purchases.
* Monitor the operation or progress of on going contract, includes day to day monitoring of several umbrella contracts and take actions required if there’s any problems.
* Compile data for weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly report, as well as other required report such as PTBA report.
* Cost control of budget of the projects and provide feedback accordingly to related superintendent.
* Contribute on campaigning team building, team work and safety culture among the team.

1. Geologist

Key Accountabilities:

2. Memonitor stripping ratio untuk memastikan kesesuaiannya dengan rencana kerja;
3. Mengkoordinasi dan monitor pemakaian peralatan berat yang digunakan oleh kontraktor untuk memastikan kesesuaian dengan rencana kerja yang telah disepakati;
4. Menyusun laporan kinerja kontraktor dan menyerahkannya kepada Production Superintendent untuk dikaji; Memberikan teguran kepada kontraktor di tambang bilamana terjadi penyimpangan atau ketidaksesuaian atas kesepakatan kontrak kerja;
5. Bekerja sama dengan Environment Dept dalam Memonitor proses pembuangan limbah tambang untuk memastikan tidak terjadinya pencemaran air dan lingkungan sekitar tambang;
6. Memberikan umpan balik terhadap proses operasional di area exploitasi tambang dan mengusulkan tindakan alternatif bilamana terjadi penyimpangan berdasarkan tingkat kewenangannya.

1. Lebih disukai pria, usia max 35 th;
2. Minimal pendidikan S1 dari Universitas terkemuka, diutamakan dari tehnik tambang;

- Melakukan pemeriksaan / pengecekan terhadap mesin-mesin sarana infrastruktur untuk memastikan alat yang dipakai siap digunakan;
- Mempersiapkan jadwal dan melaksanakan proses perawatan mesin-mesin sarana infrastruktur sesuai jadwal yang telah disetujui;
- Mempersiapkan data kebutuhan suku cadang untuk kegiatan perawatan mesin-mesin sarana infrastruktur , serta menyerahkannya kepada atasan langsung;
- Mempersiapkan data dan mengusulkan kegiatan perbaikan dan perawatan di area bengkel/ workshop;
- Memberikan umpan balik terhadap proses operational dibidang perbaikan dan perawatan serta mengusulkan tindakan alternatif bilamana terjadi penyimpangan.

General Requirement:

- Laki-laki, usia max. 35 th;
- Pendidikan min STM jurusan Mekanik;
- Memahami masalah teknis mechanical;
- Pengalaman min 3 th di bidang mechanical dan maintenance. Lebih disukai dari perusahaan tambang batu bara/sejenis;
- Menguasai bahasa Inggris, min pasif

5. Finance & Accounting Superintendent

• Menyusun rencana dan mengelola ketersediaan dana operasional dan Mengusulkan permintaan dana operasional kepada atasan;
• Melaksanakan perhitungan gaji karyawan staff (misal: perhitungan jamsostek, pajak gaji dan lain-lain);
• Memeriksa perhitungan gaji non staff yg dilakukan oleh HRD dan melaksanakan pembayarannya;
• Melakukan pemeriksaan terhadap medical claim dari staff dan non staff untuk memastikan kesesuaiannya dengan plafond yang telah ditetapkan dalam peraturan perusahaan;
• Mengelola dan mengontrol proses penerimaan dan pembayaran tagihan termasuk memastikan kelengkapan dokumen (PO) dari kontraktor, vendor, supplier dan atau pembayaran langsung ke pihak ketiga lainnya (misal: keperluan pembebasan lahan);
• Memberikan umpan balik terhadap aktivitas di bidang pengelolaan dana di site (misal: penyimpangan pelaporan penggunaan keuangan, kesalahan hitung, kesalahan pembayaran, dan lain-lain) serta mengusulkan tindakan alternatif maupun solusi bilamana terjadi penyimpangan;
• Mengelola dan memonitor proses pencatatan transaksi keuangan site setiap bulan melalui system ACCPAC; Melakukan pengecekan data dan posting transaksi ke dalam system ACCPAC;
• Memeriksa kebenaran data transaksi (misal: keabsahan data dan transaksi, kelengkapan dokumen pendukung, kebenaran coding/ accounts) dan membandingkannya dengan dokumen transaksi (misal: voucher, invoices dan lain-lain);
• Mengelola dan mengontrol seluruh proses penyusunan laporan keuangan; Mereview laporan keuangan dari para bawahan dan memberikan umpan balik bilama tejadi kesalahan atau kekurangan data dan dokumen pendukungnya;
• Mempersiapkan data dan dokumen pendukung untuk keperluan audit di area terkait (misal kelengkapan dokumen AP/AR, dokumen pendukung dari bank, invoice dan lain-lain) yang dilakukan oleh audit pemerintah maupun audit eksternal;
• Menghitung dan menyusun laporan pajak, baik ppH 21 untuk karyawan di site maupun ppH 23 sesuai dengan peraturan perpajakan yang berlaku;
• Menyusun laporan pajak dan mengirimkannya kepada Finance & Accounting Dept di Jakarta untuk direview;
• Melaksanakan pembayaran pajak setelah laporan dan perhitungan pajak disetujui oleh kantor pusat.

• Pendidikan min S1 jurusan akuntansi dari universitas terkemuka;
• Pengalaman min 5 th di perusahaan/industry sejenis (batubara) dengan posisi yang sama;

6. Civil Engineer

Key Accountabilities:

• Familiar with Civil Engineering Detail Drawing and Steel Bridge Structure Drawing;
• Familiar with Quantity Surveying for supervise Steel Bridge Construction and pilling work;
• Be able to prepare and provide relevant project documents, instruction and procedures, work planning, budgeting, and reporting working progress;
• Generation/Review/Approval design calculation material take off (MTO);
• Be able to negotiate with contractor or other parties related to project work;
• Having good skill to analyze either proposal or others report from contractor which related to project work;
• Having experience to handle Quality Control which connect with working for mine infrastructure, such as road, bridge etc;
• Strong background in management of project;
• Good team work with the foreign contractor and consultant;
• Able to monitor and crosscheck the erection progress from contractor.

Specific Requirements:

• Min. 5 years experience in supervise steel bridge construction and hauling road;
• S1 From Civil engineering;
• Max. 40 years old. (Male/Female);
• Ability to using Ms. Office, AutoCad, STAAD III, etc;
• Good command in English both oral and written;

7. Environment Sr. Supervisor

- Mengelola dan monitor seluruh pelaksanaan kegiatan pengembalian fungsi lahan bekas galian tambang di area site Menyango (misal: rencana rekonstruksi tanah, pengembalian tanah bekas galian, recontouring, land clearing, penempatan dan penyebaran tanah pucuk, perencanaan drainase, dan lain-lain;

- Monitor aktivitas kontraktor dalam melaksanakan kegiatan reklamasi, nursery & revegetasi, water & waste management, dll di area tambang;
- Merencanakan dan memonitor pelaksanaan kegiatan pengelolaan dan pemantauan air limbah (water management)di area tambang, Memantau dan memeriksa kondisi air di kolam pengendap dan mengontrol pelaksanaan tindakan pencegahan (treatment) pencemaran lingkungan (misal: pemberian kapur tohor, tawas atau bahan-bahan kimia lannya) untuk menjaga dan memastikan agar kondisi air sesuai dengan standar baku mutu;
- Menyusun standar operasional kegiatan di bidang pengelolaan air dan menyerahkannya kepada Department Head untuk dikaji ulang;
- Monitor kegiatan pengelolaan limbah tambang (waste management) berupa limbah B3 (contoh : oli, air aki, dll) dan non B3 (contoh : besi bekas, dll), limbah organis dan non organic, maupun limbah produksi yang tergolong B3 (bahan beracun dan berbahaya), dan limbah infeksius (misal : jarum suntik, perban, dll);
- Menganalisis dan mengusulkan tindakan yang dianggap perlu untuk menangani limbah tambang;
- Mengawasi dan mengontrol kontraktor dalam mengelola limbah tambang dan memberikan teguran atau arahan sesuai tingkat kewenangannya bilamana terjadi penyimpangan dari perjanjian kerjasama;
- Merencanakan dan memonitor kegiatan daur ulang limbah organik dan non-organik sesuai dengan kondisi limbah (misal pembuatan pupuk kompos, dll) dan kebutuhan tambang;
Merencanakan, melaksanakan dan mengontrol kegiatan inspeksi ke lapangan untuk memastikan pelaksanaan pengelolaan limbah tambang sesuai dengan rencana.

• Merencanakan, mengelola, dan mengontrol proses persiapan data untuk pemuatan batubara ke dalam kapal, dengan Berkoordinasi Shipping dan Marketing Department (misal: jadwal pelayaran, jumlah batu-bara yang akan dimuat, jadwal dan jenis kapal tongkang, maupun tug boat yang akan dipergunakan, informasi kondisi cuaca dan tingkat eleveasi air dan lain-lain);
• Merencanakan, mengelola dan monitor proses persiapan dokumen-dokumen perijinan untuk perjalananan kapal tongkang dari Jamut ke terminal stockpile (misal: dokumen Bukti Lapor Pergerakan Kapal Laut, Surat Persetujuan Melintasi Jembatan Bentang Panjang dan Surat Ijin Berlayar);

• Mengelola dan monitor proses pemberian informasi mengenai perjalanan batu bara dari site (Jamut) ke lokasi penyimpanan (stock pile) batu bara, misalnya memantau tingkat elevasi air, kondisi cuaca, kondisi kesiapan kapal dan lain-lain;
• Mengelola, mengkoordinasi dan memonitor proses draught survey (pemeriksaan dan perhitungan jumlah muatan batu bara) oleh pihak ketiga pada saat loading dan unloading batubara;
• Memeriksa kebenaran dan kesesuaian data antara hasil survey dan laporan barge status terkait dengan jumlah, jenis, maupun kontaminasi muatan batu bara, serta menyusun laporan re-draft survey;
• Merencanakan, mengelola, dan memonitor proses pembongkaran (unloading) muatan batu bara dari kapal tongkang di site agar sesuai dengan jadwal yg telah disetujui; Melaksanakan diskusi dengan Operation Manager dan memberikan usulan mengenai lokasi penyimpanan stockpile batu bara berdasarkan arahan dari atasan;
• Merencanakan, mengelola dan memonitor kegiatan assist tug dalam mendampingi/ mengawal perjalanan kapal tongkang sampai dengan titik aman berikutnya; Memonitor keamanan muatan batu bara melalui komunikasi dengan kapten kapal;
• Merencanakan, mengelola dan monitor proses persiapan data (contoh: jadwal loading unloading, jumlah batu bara, kondisi kapal, kondisi elevasi air dan cuaca, dan lain-lain) dan menyusun laporan kegiatan loading undloading batu bara;
• Memeriksa laporan barge status (ie. tongkang yang sedang dalam perjalanan yang menuju Terminal Stockpile, jumlah tongkang yang tidak berisi muatan, total cargo on barge, total stock batubara keseluruhan di lokasi stockpile, dll);
• Memeriksa laporan pemakaian BBM assist tug, dan memberikan input apabila terjadi penyimpangan dari kontrak yg sudah disepakati;
• Memberikan rekomendasi atau solusi bilamana timbul permasalahan dengan kapal tongkang selama dalam perjalanan menuju dari CCP menuju ke stockpile dengan berkoordinasi dengan department terkait, serta melakukan pengambilan keputusan sesuai dengan tingkat kewenangan.

• Monitor and evaluate short-term and long-term mine operations implementation (from exploitation, exploration, production, coal handling; aware with environment and safety); provide feedback if discrepancies occurs and problem solving within his level authority;
