Requirements
Maximum 35 years old
Hold bachelor degree : Psychology, Management, or Law from Reputable University
Minimum 7 years experience in HR Generalist, and 2 years experience in managerial level, preferably as HR Site.
Understanding UU 13 tahun 2003 and Goverment Regulation
Mastering payroll, PPh 21, personnel and HR administration process
Mature, independent and can work with minimum supervision
Placement : Site at East Kalimantan

Payroll Administration
Employee Relation
Industrial Relation
Recruiting and staffing
Performance management & organization development;
Employment and compliance to regulatory concerns regarding employees;
Policy development and documentation;
Compensation and benefits administration; employee services
Build Relationship with Muspika, Muspida, Dinas Tenaga Kerja.
