We are a Mining Consultant, and we are seeking the perfect candidate for the following vacancy :


Personal Asisstant


Responsibilities :

Responsible for a wide spectrum of administrative, secretarial and general office support duties.
Plan, arrange and manage appointments
Arrange flights and accommodation for business trips, including coordinating and verifying expenditure claims.
Arrange team or department meetings / events / conferences.
Undertake special assignments, ad-hoc functions and related duties as specified by the Management.
Maintain good filing system for smooth data retrieving.
Maintain strict confidentiality and interact professionally with all levels of Management, staff and clients.


Requirement :
Bachelors Degree in Business Management (Foreign Graduate Only)

Female or Male, age between 25 – 35 years old

Have experienced in the mining industry (min. 2 years)

English speaking / writing

Computer literate (Ms. Office, Adobe and internet application)

Excellent communication & interpersonal skill

Able to multitask, resourceful and proactive with sense of urgency

Able to work well independently and as part of a team

Foreign Graduate
