    Our client is a MNC company engineering group with focus in tooling, materials technology, mining and construction.
    They are currently seeking for candidates to fill-in the position of Workshop Manager for Heavy Equipments.

    Job Requirements
    * Indonesian
    * Graduated from Mechanical Engineering
    * At least 10 years of experience in workshop managerial position, with accomplishments
    * A “hands on” person
    * Possess an excellent knowledge of all mechanical and electrical systems, including diagnostic checks, technical inspections and complete workshop repairs on varied heavy and light vehicle fleet vehicles, generators and other mechanical equipment, including Material Handling Equipment.
    * Has maths, computer skills and how to read schematics, knowledge of maintenance and repair techniques.
    * Has the ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. You will be able to write routine reports and correspondence and able to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization
    * A detail oriented person and highly organized
    * Possess strong leadership and good communication skill
    * English fluency in verbal and writing is a mandatory
    * Ability to fit in to an international dynamic and multi-cultural environment.

    The responsibilities include:
    * Work together and manage a team of Vehicle Technicians
    * Perform and supervise all facets of corrective and preventative maintenance on heavy and light vehicles, and on heavy equipment.
    * Verify that all repairs have been rectified prior to releasing the vehicle / equipment and initiating work order closure.
    * Ensure that all maintenance and repair work is carried out in the most cost effective manner but also in accordance with our clients procedures and to manufacturers specifications.
    * Document all tasks completed, order spare parts and maintain related records.
    * Ensure that all labor hours are properly accounted for and also ensure that all parts, supplies, tools and equipment are correctly accounted for.
    * Maintain all equipment within the highest standard.
    * Carry out your managerial responsibilities in accordance with our client’s policies and applicable laws.
    * Interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
    * To ensure everything complies with HSE procedures
