Well established multidiscipline construction and engineering PMA Company invite qualified and experienced professionals who can work as a team, with proven competencies in the whole range of development and improvement initiatives, to fill the following position:

PROJECT ADMINISTRATION

Responsibility :
Ensure the efficient and timely recording of all financial commitments, maintaining the cost accounting system and controlling the general administration of the project.

Accountabilities :
* Minimum S1 Accounting graduate
* Maintain Petty Cash site account and arrange reimbursement on a regular basis
* Excellent communication skill in Bahasa and English both verbal and written.
* Good analytical thinking, resourceful in solving problems and keeping to time frames
* Diligent and able to work under pressure, self motivated with a positive working attitude
* At least 3 years experience in a similar position in Construction , Mining / Oil & Gas Industry
* Familiar with Project Cost System e.g Workbench, etc
* Familiar with cost and cash flows report to management
* Ensure all orders are completed correctly
* Collate delivery dockets and maintain material registers
* Check invoices against orders and delivery dockets and prepared for certification
* Male/ Female age 27 - 35 years old
* Will be based on Project Site
