We are a Growing Group of Companies in operations since 1982. Our businesses range from civil and coal contracting to having coal mining concessions, toll road concessions as well as agro business. We are currently in an aggressive growth phase of our coal mining operations and have an URGENT REQUIREMENT for dynamic and experienced individuals to join our team.

• ROLE: FIELD GEOLOGIST

Experience: 3-5 years experience in managing and supervising geological exploration especially coal exploration. Candidate should be able to prepare geological reports and conduct field geological mapping. Candidate should be willing to be deployed to our various sites
Academic Qualification: Tertiary degree in Geology
Software Skills: Minescape (Mandatory), Surpac, Autocad, Minex

• ROLE: PLANT MANAGER

Experience: min. 8 years experience in maintenance of heavy equipment (excavators, dozers, dumpers) for mining application. Candidates with work experience on “Komatsu” machines are preferred
Academic Qualification: S1 degree
Computer Skills: MS Office

• ROLE: MANAGER/ SENIOR MANAGER – FINANCE

Experience: min. 3-5 years experience in budgeting, forecasting and reporting
Academic Qualification: Bachelor s degree in Finance/Accounting
Computer Skills: MS Office


• ROLE: GM-MINING OPERATIONS

Experience: min. 10 years experience in overseeing mining operations, mine planning and pit production supervision
Academic Qualification: Bachelor s degree in Mining Engineering
Software Skills: MineScape (preferable), Surpac, Autocad, Minex

• ROLE: PROJECT MANAGER

Experience: 5 - 10 years experience in managing open cast coal mines and proven Project Management skills. Needs to be certified as “Kepala Teknik Tambang”. Candidates with “Pengawas Operasional Pertama” and “Pengawas Operasional Utama” certifications are encouraged to apply
Academic Qualification: Bachelor s degree in Mining Engineering
Software Skills: MineScape (preferable), Surpac, Autocad, Minex

• ROLE: MINING ENGINEER

Experience: 3-5 years experience in mine planning for open cast coal mines, preferably field experience in planning, monitoring and reconciling open pit production for both OB & Coal
Academic Qualification: Bachelor s degree in Mining Engineering
Software Skills: MineScape (Mandatory), Surpac, Autocad, Minex
