PT. Indo Muro Kencana, a member of STRAITS Resources has a gold mining project at Central Kalimantan, Indonesia. Due to our rapid expansion in our operations, we are looking for the services of a below position.

1. Mining Supervisor
(Jakarta Raya - Kalimantan Tengah)

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Associate Degree in Engineering (Petroleum/Oil/Gas) or equivalent.
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Coordinator/Supervisors specializing in Engineering or equivalent.
Mature and having strong leadership
Having a good interpersonal and communication skill
Willing to work under pressure and very tight line
To be post into project sites

Responsibilities:
Assist in supervising all mining activities in field/ pit,
Assist in production Scheduling to meet production commitments,
Supervise field/ pit activities of contractors and personnel,
Assist in supervising all aspects of material quality control from pit to stockpile & process plant,
Manage the safety and enviromental performance of contractor personnel in area of responsibility,
Liaising with related department with regards to sheduling issues,
Supervise and give a training to crews.


2. Mine Technical Superintendent
(Jakarta Raya - Kalimantan Tengah)

Requirements:
Extensive experience 10 years and proven skills in mine planning.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Mining.
At least 5 years in Mine Technical Superintendent level.
Understanding of production sequences and requirements.
Excellent Interpersonal and communication skill in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
Applicants must be willing to work in Project Site.
Preferably Managers specializing in Engineering or equivalent.

Responsibilities:
Design and prepare the pit’s drilling and blasting plan to optimize drill, determine short term digging sequence and contribute to the effective operation of the site.
Manage the short/medium to long term mine planning functions to comply with the board context statement and to maximize net present value of the resources/reserves.
Review and analyze system, projects, equipment selections and operations and monitor performance against budgets and plans.
Monitor the operational divisions and their compliance with the mine plan, track actual againts plan and suggest techniques for achieving compliance.
Recommend business improvements and technologies upgrades to the management
Plan implement and evaluate explosive requirements to determine stock requirements and achieve blasting target within time, production and financial parameters.
Keep up to date with work issues, monitor the effectiveness of the department and the employees/tools used, maximize efficiencies and recommended improvements.
Transfer technical skill to subordinate staff and to continue their development
