    CLAIM ADMINISTRATION

    Requirements :
    3 years working experience in insurance industry, preferably in claim / underwriting area
    S1 degree - Nursery Academy at minimum
    Knowledge of legal issues related to claims
    Knowledge of claim concepts, principles and procedures
    Knowledge of insurance principles & terminology
    Knowledge of underwriting concepts, principles and procedures
    Knowledge of medical terminology and information
    Knowledge of SLFI products
    Knowledge of responding to customer complaints about claim
    Professional Integrity (Act in the best interest of the company)
    Good Communication - Written & Oral
    Analysis and Problem Solving
    Service Orientation
    Able to speak & write English
    Quality Orientation/Attention to detail / Work Standards


    Job Desription :
    -Reporting to : Head of New Business & Underwriting
    -Provide administrative support that relates to claim process. Appraises claims within delegated authority.
