    Qualifications:
    1. Highly leadership skill, motivated and have excellent interpersonal, persuasive and communication skill
    2. Achievement as a successful deputy director in mining field
    3. Degree in Engineering, Economics, Finance, Accounting or in any related discipline from a reputable university
    4. Minimum 5 years of experience in same position
    5. High degree of discipline, diligence, enthusiasm, determination
