* Ensure, maintain, and control UNIX and Windows for BR’s standard applications (ERP, HRMS, Safety Systems, Budget & Forecast systems, etc) that comply with BR’s policies and procedures.
* Administer the email messaging system to ensure the system is reliable for business communication and data transfer within internal BR and with external parties
* Maintain system and network tools, including but not limited to Data Protector, Glance, Melia, and Proxy, to ensure they work properly to support the needs of IT Division’s services.
* Support printer network (UNIX and Windows) to provide maximum performance of the system.
* Support Dump Terminal network to provide reliable services of relevant users.
* Administer anti-virus system to ensure that the current system is working properly and reliably to protect BR’s systems from virus threats.
* Organize and ensure data back-up is done on regular basis to prevent loss of BR’s business data in case an unexpected incident happens to the systems.
* Administer the accounts of all users to ensure that each of them has specific and appropriate access for their daily business activities and the data confidentiality is maintained.

Salah satu Group Perusahaan Pertambangan Batubara terbesar di Indonesia yang berkantor pusat di Jakarta, akan mengembangakan Divisi Pelayaran yang bergerak dalam bidang pengangkutan batubara (tug & barges) di sepanjang sungai Mahakam di wilayah Kalimantan Timur.

A. MANAJER OPERASIONAL
• Pendidikan S1 Pelayaran, usia max. 38 tahun, pengalaman min. 5 tahun sebagai. Operasional Manajer di perusahaan pelayaran yang mengatur pergerakan tug & barges, pengalaman membawahi & mengatur crew.
• Memahami SOLAS, MARPOL, IMO, ILO, STOW, regulasi dan otoritas hukum pelayaran Indonesia (SEACOM), mengerti/ memahami persyaratan navigasi kapal laut dan mempunyai ijazah ANT 2.
B. DIREKTUR OPERASIONAL
• Pendidikan S1 Pelayaran, usia min. 40 tahun, pengalaman min. 5 tahun sebagai Direktur Operasional / min. 10 tahun sebagai Operasional Manajer/ Operasional General Manager di perusahaan pelayaran.
• Mempunyai pengalaman dalam operasional tug & barges, lebih disukai berpengalaman dalam transportasi batubara.
• Menguasai costing dan budget biaya operasional pelayaran.
C. MANAJER TEKNIK
• Pendidikan S1 Teknologi Kelautan, usia max. 38 tahun, pengalaman min. 5 tahun sebagai Manajer Teknik di perusahaan pelayaran dan pengalaman membawahi & mengatur crew.
• Mempunyai pengalaman dalam menangani perawatan tug & barges, docking.
D. PORT CAPTAIN / ASSISTANT PORT CAPTAIN
• Pengalaman min. 5 tahun sebagai Port Captain / min. 3 sebagai Assistant Port Captain.
• Usia max. 40 tahun dan mempunyal ijazah min. ANT III.
• Pengalaman membawahi & mengatur crew, dapat mengatur pergerakan tug & barges, menangani pengurusan dokumen tug & barges, menguasai peraturan crewing yang berlaku di Indonesia dan dapat bekerja sama dengan shipper dan agent.
E. MANAJER KEUANGAN
• Pria/wanita, usia max. 38tahun, pendidikan S1 Keuangan/Akuntansi, pengalaman min. 5 tahun sebagai Manajer Keuangan lebih disukai di perusahaan pelayaran.
• Mampu mengelola transaksi keuangan, membuat budget dan menganalisa.
F. HR&GA - CREWING SUPERINTENDENT
• Pria, usia max. 38 tahun, pendidikan S1 Hukum / Psikologi / Manajemen SDM.
• Pengalaman 5 tahun di bidang HR&GA di perusahaan pelayaran dengan pengalaman mengatur crew +/- 200 karyawan.
• Menguasai peraturan ketenagakerjaan, regulasi & hukum pelayaran, struktur gaji & kepangkatan, kontrak kerja, peraturan perusahaan, database karyawan, mampu menjalin relasi dengan Depnaker, Jamsostek & instansi yang berhubungan dengan ketenagakerjaan.
G. STAFF AKUNTING / KEUANGAN
• Pria / wanita, usia max. 28 tahun, pendidikan S1 Akunting / Keuangan.
• Pengalaman min.1 tahun di bidang Akunting / Keuangan, fresh graduate dapat mengajukan lamaran.
H. SEKRETARIS
• Wanita, usia max. 28 tahun, single, pendidikan D3 Sekretaris / S1 Sastra Inggris.
• Pengalaman min. 2 tahun sebagai Sekretaris.
Kualifikasi umum:
- Menguasai Bahasa Inggris lisan dan tulisan (A, B, C, D, E, F & H).
