Requirements:

* Present plans to operation staff at planning meeting and provide technical support and feedback such as specifications.
* Oversee the plan requirement in advance to have better strategy in project and equipment scheduling.
* Co-ordinate engineers in executing projects based on prioritisation from the bigger picture plan and identify area for improvement.
* Prepare annual budget based on equipment, production performance and overall target.
* Coach colleagues especially on the technical and costing aspects.
* Prepare data for monthly report.
* Coordinate project prioritisation from the bigger picture plan and identify are for improvement.
* Manage the CEA development, tender documents and be involved in related commercial processes required by department for major projects or equipment purchases.
* Monitor the operation or progress of on going contract, includes day to day monitoring of several umbrella contracts and take actions required if there’s any problems.
* Compile data for weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly report, as well as other required report such as PTBA report.
* Cost control of budget of the projects and provide feedback accordingly to related superintendent.
* Contribute on campaigning team building, team work and safety culture among the team.

To fulfill the requirements in the recently awarded Projects, the Jakarta Engineering Office seeks talented and experienced Indonesian nationals to fill the following positions

SENIOR PROCESS ENGINEERS (Code: SPE)

• The candidates should be university graduate from reputable Universities with at least 10-15 years relevant experience in Multinational and Local EPC Company related to Offshore/Onshore in Oil & Gas facilities, Refining and Petrochemicals Projects with emphasis on Process Design Engineering (FEED or Basic Engineering, Detailed Engineering) and construction. Provides Technical Guidance to designers and less experienced engineers and is consulted by associates and others on technical interpretations and advice. Strong Leadership and Team Alignment, Capable of generating PFD, UFD, Heat and Material Balance (HMB), P&ID Development, Equipment Sizing, Hydraulic Calculation and Line Sizing, Relieve Valve Sizing and Blowdown Calculation. Provide Process deliverables and Datasheet for Equipment (Pump, Special Piping Item and Instrumentations). Experience in HAZOP Meeting, Deliver Safe Chart, Cause & Effect, ESD Logic Diagram, Study Reports and Analysis for Process and Utility System, Familiar with several Codes and Standards in Oil & Gas Industry, such as API, ASME, TEMA, etc. Software Ability: HYSYS (Process Design Simulation), Flarenet, PIPESIM, PIPEPHASE, PRO/II, HTRI and Aspen Plus.

DESIGNERS - UNDERGROUND CAPABILITY

• CIVIL/ STRUCTURAL (Code: DUG-C/S), PIPING (Code: DUG-PP), INSTRUMENT/CONTROLS (Code: DUG-IC)
The candidates should have at least Senior Technical School certificates or Diploma from reputable Technical School with at least 5-10 years of relevant experiences. Having Underground Capabilities and Project Experience. Preferable Software Ability: 3-D CAD (PDMS) and/or 2-D AutoCAD, Microstation and/or Smart Plan Instruments (SPI) / INTOOLS for Offshore/Onshore Oil & Gas facilities and Petrochemical Projects.

DESIGNERS

• CIVIL/ STRUCTURAL (Code: D-C/S), PIPING (Code: D-PP), INSTRUMENT/CONTROLS (Code: D-IC)
The candidates should have at least Senior Technical School certificates or Diploma from reputable Technical School with at least 3-5 years of relevant experiences. Preferable Software Ability: 3-D CAD (PDMS) and/or 2-D AutoCAD, Microstation and/or Smart Plan Instrument (SPI)/INTOOLS for Offshore/Onshore Oil & Gas facilities and Petrochemical Projects.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
• Good command of both written and spoken English & Bahasa Indonesia.
• Good Communication Skills, Interpersonal Skills and Team Player.
• Good HSE Awareness and Trustworthy
• Willing to take Overseas Assignment

Biogas Plant Construction Engineer

Description :
* He has responsibility for construction supervision, project coordination, quality management (control) of biogas plants, technical training to the staff, implementation of research activities, and standardization of biogas appliances. He works under the close guidance of the Biogas Consultant.

The main responsibilities are :
* Full time on site to check the quality of plants and supervise the activities of construction.
* Overall management of the quality control system for biogas plants.
* Development of quality standards, preparation of quality manuals and procedures and dissemination thereof to programme partners.
* Follow-up project activities and provide feedback to Biogas Consultant.
* Take necessary steps in relation to quality control of the biogas plants including addressing problems observed or reported during the construction or after completion of biogas plants.
* Organize regular quality control review meetings and provide instruction/feedback to Quality Inspectors and Construction Partner Organizations.
* Participate in and arrange technical training for programme staff, masons, supervisors and the users of biogas plants.
* Coordinate with government agencies as appropriate.
* Coordinate technical research and standardization of biogas plant and appliances.
* Prepare quality control reports and provide advices to plant constructors on improvements.
* Perform other biogas-related activities as assigned by Biogas Consultant.

QUALIFICATIONS :
* Male, max 35 years old.
* Bachelor in Civil Engineering.
* Minimum 6 years work experience, of which 2 years preferably in biogas or renewable energy technology.
* Willing to be placed outside Java.
