Balikpapan Project Oil & Gas Manager
(Kalimantan Timur - Balikpapan)
Responsibilities:
* Obtaining rates, preparing and follow up quotation and maintaining quotation log
* Office Management
* Overseeing Chartering operations
* Supervising customs clearance operations
* Field assignment when requested
* Document tender preparation
o Prepares the tender proposal, ensures its completeness, and keeps its confidentiality prior to submission.
o Verifies that contracts are compatible with the original tender documents.
o Works with other departments involved in the tender preparation process.
o Distributes contract and its amendment (if any) to all related parties.
o Maintains logs of tenders (past and on-going) and/or other related documents properly.
* Integrating good communication between client and operation team - domestic and international
Requirements:
* Technical Qualification:
o Experience with Air and Sea vessel chartering
o Good knowledge of Project, Mining, Oil & Energy industries and customers
o Willing to travel to project site locations
o Customer oriented
o Excellent understanding of Freight Forwarding, Logistic, Custom Brokerage and Formalities
o Understanding of HSE terminology
o Experience with Heavy lifting, cargo loading / unloading, securing and stowing operations
* General Qualification:
o English Literacy both oral and written
o Computer Literate: MS. Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook
o Strong communication, personal and interpersonal
o High Intergrity
o Hold Minimum S1 degree of any major or Marine / Transportation background is preferable
o Detail oriented and result focused
o Self Motivated, high initiative and adaptability
