1. Port Manager
To lead and manage the whole spectrum of coal port operation including stockpile management, coal quality, weight bridge, stockpiling, crushing, loading, barging, transshipment and shipping documentation to achieve profit, HSE, quality target, as well as customer satisfaction.
Qualification:
~ Minimum S1 majoring Mine/Marine/Mechanical Engineering
~ Minimum 10 years experience in the coal port operation, include 6 years in Managerial level
~ Obtain POU certificate
~ Good command in English, both written and spoken
2. Mine Manager
To lead and manage the whole spectrum of mine operation and supporting to achieve profit, HSE, quality target, as well as customer satisfaction.
Qualification:
~ Minimum S1 majoring Mine and/or Geological Engineering
~ Minimum 8 years experience in the operation or engineering in a coal mine industry, include 3 years in Managerial level, and minimum 1 year as Kepala Teknik Tambang
~ Obtain POU certificate
~ Good command in English, both written and spoken
3. Engineering Superintendent
To lead and coordinate overall engineering department activity, including mine planning and monitor mining activity to ensure the operational smoothness, mine planning execution, as well as production target achievement.
Qualification:
~ Minimum S1 majoring mine/geological engineering
~ Minimum 7 years experience in the engineering of coal mine, include 3 years as superintendent
~ Obtain POM certificate
~ Good command in mine software (Minescape, Surpac)
4. Port Superintendent
To lead and coordinate port team member in the achievement of overall port operational targets from weight bridge up to coal product shipments, which in line with safety, health, environmental target. Controlling / monitoring of the sub-contractor under its responsibility.
Qualification:
~ Minimum S1 majoring Mine/Marine/Mechanical Engineering
~ Minimum 7 years experience in the coal port operational, include 3 years as superintendent
~ Obtain POM certificate
5. Construction Engineer
To assist Construction Supervisor in supervise mine and port infrastructure construction done by contractor.
Qualification:
~ Minimum S1 majoring Civil Engineering
~ Minimum 3 years experience as Construction Engineer in a coal mine industry, and perform supervision of contractor
~ Computer Software: Autocad
6. Long Term Mine Plan Supervisor
To prepare long term mine plan, include overall mine plan, five year mine plan as well as annual mine plan; develop and review long term mine plan periodically in order to achieve production target.
Qualification:
~ Minimum S1 majoring Mine or Geological Engineering
~ Minimum 5 years experience as Mine Plan Engineer
~ Experience in preparing Mine Plan
~ Obtain POP certificate
~ Able to operate Mine Plan Software: Minescape, Surpac
7. Mine Geologist
Successful candidate will be responsible to lead exploration team, to prepare, review as well as evaluate geological model and other mine geology aspects in mine activity and development in order to develop mine planning.
Qualification:
~ Min. S1 majoring Geological Engineering
~ Minimum 5 years experience as Mine Geologist in a coal mine industry, include 3 years in Supervisory level
~ Obtain POP certificate
~ Good command in English, both written and spoken
~ Computer literate: MS Office, and Geological Software
8. Mine Surveyor
To lead the survey team to ensure all the measurements in the mine can be carried out accurately so that mine progress according to plan can be detected.
Qualification:
~ Min. S1 majoring Geological/Geodetic Engineering
~ Minimum 3 years experience in the engineering of coal mine, include 2 years as surveyor
~ Obtain POP certificate
~ Able to operate survey equipment
9. Quality Control Foreman
To implement coal quality procedure/standardization strictly in stockpile management, loading vessel and blending ratio to attain high quality level and zero contamination.
Qualification:
~ Min. S1 majoring Geological or Chemistry Engineering
~ Minimum 3 years experience in coal quality analyses and sampling in coal mining company
~ Concern with all coal quality administration, familiar with spreadsheet computer program to generate reliable reports, statistic computation
~ Control & Monitor Coal Handling from Pit to Port
~ Obtain POP certificate

• Handling vessel crew request,

5. OWNER SURVEYOR
Requirement:
• Male, Age max. 40 years old,
• Marine background or Naval engineering,
• Well experience as owner surveyor.
Role & Responsibilities:
• Control docking (Ensure plate installed in accordance with the spec, welding in accordance to the requisition with good quality, etc.),
• Ensure that jobs in Shipyard according to the requisition and a good standard,
• Ensure the Class to maintain the Company s mission,
• Recap and make a written report (including accountability budgeting) each the supervision of a ship dock is finished.
6. PORT ENGINER
Requirement:
• Male, age max 30 years old of age,
• Minimum DIII, majoring in Technical/ATP III/ATP II,
• Minimum 3-5 years industrial experience in shipping industry.
Role & Responsibilities:
• Reviews repair request and compares request with previous work accomplished on ship concerned and similar vessels to determine that expenditures are economically sound,
• Prepares recommendations for work, and initiates procurement of materials,
• Maintains records of engineering costs for each vessel, such as repairs, supplies, and personnel.
General Requirement:
