    1. PROJECT MANAGER (1 person) Code: PM 01
    • Experience Min. 10 years in the field of Engineering, Production, or Plant in the Mining sector;
    • Education Min. S1 Mining / Geology / Civil Engineering / Mechanical Engineering;
    • Ability to lead more and 500 employees for achieving targets and Production Safety.

    2. ENGINEERING SECTION HEAD (1 person) Code: SCH 02
    • Experience Min. 7 years of experience in coal mining engineering;
    • Education Min. S1 Mining / Geology / Civil Engineering;
    • Ability to provide planning and design of mines and ensure smooth production.

    3. PRODUCTION SECTION HEAD (1 person) Code: SCH 03
    • Experience Min. 7 years in the field of Coal Mine Production;
    • Education Min. S1 Mining / Geology / Civil Engineering;
    • Ability to realize mine planning design created by Engineering.

    4. PLANT SECTION HEAD (1 person) Code: SCH 04
    • Experience Min. 7 yrs. Care in heavy equipment / means of production;
    • Education Min. S1 Mechanical Engineering;
    • Ability to provide Production and availability of targeted support through the treatment schedule and non schedule with a reasonable cost.

    • Mastering the measurement and mapping work the mine.

    • Ability to direct, supervise, and control the mechanics for maintenance of production equipment outside the service schedule.

    • Ability to direct, supervise, and control staff in maintaining the stability of fuel & oil inventory and control of storage technologies and fuel oil.
