    1. PROJECT MANAGER (1 person) Code: PM 01
    • Experience Min. 10 years in the field of Engineering, Production, or Plant in the Mining sector;
    • Education Min. S1 Mining / Geology / Civil Engineering / Mechanical Engineering;
    • Ability to lead more and 500 employees for achieving targets and Production Safety.

    2. ENGINEERING SECTION HEAD (1 person) Code: SCH 02
    • Experience Min. 7 years of experience in coal mining engineering;
    • Education Min. S1 Mining / Geology / Civil Engineering;
    • Ability to provide planning and design of mines and ensure smooth production.

    3. PRODUCTION SECTION HEAD (1 person) Code: SCH 03
    • Experience Min. 7 years in the field of Coal Mine Production;
    • Education Min. S1 Mining / Geology / Civil Engineering;
    • Ability to realize mine planning design created by Engineering.

    4. PLANT SECTION HEAD (1 person) Code: SCH 04
    • Experience Min. 7 yrs. Care in heavy equipment / means of production;
    • Education Min. S1 Mechanical Engineering;
    • Ability to provide Production and availability of targeted support through the treatment schedule and non schedule with a reasonable cost.

    5. HRGA SECTION HEAD (1 person) Code: SCH 05
    • Experience Min. 7 years in the field of HR & GA Project;
    • Education Min. S1 Economics / Psychology / Law / Management;
    • Ability to manage aspects of human resources, personnel, employee development & General Requirements project needs.

    • Experience Min. 7 years in the field of Corporate Finance & Accounting;

    • Experience in finance and accounting in detail.

    7. SHE & CSR SECTION HEAD (1 person) Code: SCH 07

    • Ability to create and maintain the performance of SHE & CSR in the project, and experienced in the field K3LH.

    • Experience Min. 5 years of experience in coal mining engineering;
    • Education Min. S1 Mining / Geology / Civil Engineering;
    • Ability to translate the work mines and Section Head to the Group Leader as part of supervision.

    9. MINE SURVEY GROUP LEADER (1 person) Code: GL 021
    • Experience Min. 2 years in the field of engineering (survey) coal mining;
    • Education Min. S1 Mining / Geology / Civil Engineering;
    • Mastering the measurement and mapping work the mine.

    10. MINE PLAN GROUP LEADER (1 person) Code: GL 022
    • Experience Min. 2 years of experience in coal mining engineering;
    • Education Min. S1 Mining / Geology / Civil Engineering;
    • Mastering the mining operations work.

    11. PPC GROUP LEADER (1 person) Code: GL 023

    • Monitoring and recording mining operations.

    • Ability to organize and supervise the work of Public Works service.

    • Ability to direct, supervise, and control the GL for production equipment maintenance work and are able to make a written report.

    • Experience Min. 2 years of experience in the treatment of heavy equipment;
    • Education Min. S1 Mechanical Engineering;
    • Ability to lead, coordinate, direct, supervise, and control.

    17. UNSCHEDULE MAINTENANCE GROUP LEADER (2 persons) Code: 0412 GL
    • Experience Min. 2 years of experience in the treatment of heavy equipment;
    • Education Min. S1 Mechanical Engineering;
    • Ability to direct, supervise, and control the mechanics for maintenance of production equipment outside the service schedule.

    18. LOGISTIC SUPERVISOR (1 person) Code: SPV 042
    • Experience Min. 5 years in the field of logistics parts and materials;
    • Education Min. S1 Mechanical Engineering / Management;
    • Ability to direct, supervise, and control the GL for the planning, procurement, and inventory settings (parts of materials) for equipment maintenance needs.

    19. FUEL & OIL GROUP LEADER (1 person) GL Code 0421
    • Experience Min. 2 years in the field of logistics;
    • Education Min. S1 Mechanical Engineering;
    • Ability to direct, supervise, and control staff in maintaining the stability of fuel & oil inventory and control of storage technologies and fuel oil.

    20. INVENTORY CONTROL GROUP LEADER (1 person) Code: 0422 GL
    • Experience Min. 2 years in the field of logistics;
    • Education Min. S1 Mechanical Engineering;
    • Ability to direct, supervise, and control staff in maintaining the stability of parts and materials inventory of non-fuel & oil.

    • Ability to seek, evaluate suppliers and skilled in his trade, as well as master sale and purchase documentation, if preferred leblh able to make and translate the sale and purchase contract.
