    1. Senior Mining Supervisor

    Responsibilities:
    • To plan, co-ordinate and supervise the work teams to deliver a product which meets that required standard, on time and to budget while satisfying the needs of the clients and the company
    • Lead organize and provide direction for employees to ensure outstanding performance is achieved in people performance, HSE&Q outcomes and the business results
    • Actively contribute to a positive teamwork environment at all times
    • Communicate openly and honestly at all times

    Qualifications:
    • High School certificate
    • Experienced at Operator, Leading hands and Foreman level within Mining Production
    • Understanding of most types of Mining Equipment
    • Have ability in employee s supervision
    • Minimum 6 years experience in the similar role
    • Preferably held a “POP” Mining Indonesia competency certificate
    • Good communication skills, written – verbal, both in English and Bahasa
    • Ability to operate most of type of Mining equipment
    • Computer literacy
    • Ready worked in remote area

    2. Safety Officer

    Responsibilities:
    • Provide HS&E management information, advice and assistance to all staff to ensure safe, healthy and accident free work environments and the compliance with the company HS&E policy and procedures
    • Remain all elements of OHS&E (including project elements) to improve safety performance
    • Actively contribute to a positive teamwork environment at all times
    • Communicate openly and honestly at all times

    Qualifications:
    • Female
    • Minimum Diploma degree (D3) in Occupation Health, Safety and Environmental qualification
    • Minimum five (3) years experiences in similar roles in Mining Industry
    • Good understating about OHS legislation, mining safety and construction as well
    • AK3 (ahli K3) will be preferable
    • Held POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama) Certificate
    • Good communication skills, written – verbal, both in English and Bahasa
    • Able working under pressure
    • Able working without supervision
    • Ready worked in remote area


    3. Mine Engineer

    Responsibility:
    - To provide a short term planning service which guides the mining operation to ward the long term & profitability
    - Active contribute to a positive teamwork engineering and environment at all times
    - Communicate openly and honestly at all times

    Requirements:
    - Mining Engineer with minimum 5 years site experience is preferred
    - Good on surpac (Pit design, Scheduling, block model, optimization)
    - Experience on mid term and long term planning, short term and mid term planning
    - Familiar with gold mining
    - Familiar with weekly and monthly planning basis

    4. Drill & Blast Engineer

    Responsibility:
    - Provide Drill & Blast plan and review the result for the most safe & afficient mine operation by coordinating with operational group

    Requirements:
    - Mining Engineer with minimum 5 years site experience is preferred
    - Experience on drill and blast planning (excellent)
    - Familiar with surpac (drill and blast)
    - Have Juru Ledak Kelas II certificate

    5. Project Manager

    Responsibilities:
    The Manager will lead the mining discipline, driving a culture of teamwork and performance to ensure continued growth and success by achieving key commercial, safety and business targets.

    Requirements:
    • Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineer
    • Minimum 5 (five) years experiences in mining in similar role
    • A proven talent for identification and management of opportunities and risks by overlaying contractual, financial, and technical awareness in a similar operating environment is essential
    • Outstanding leadership credentials and the ability to drive results will set the successful candidate apart from industry peers
    • Willing to work extended hours to meet deadlines
    • Comprehensive knowledge of mining management principles and practices
    • Good communication skill: written & Verbal in English and Indonesian
    • Preferably held a “POU” Mining Indonesia competency certificate Strong commitment to safety

    6. Mining Foreman

    Responsibilities:
    • To co-ordinate and supervise the removal of overburden and the mining and transport of coal in a safe environment and to meet production targets with high standard performance
    • Actively contribute to positive teamwork
    • Communicate openly and honestly at all times

    Qualifications:
    • Senior High school degree
    • Minimum 2-3 years experience in a similar role
    • Understanding utilization all equipment and productivity
    • Preferable is good communication skills in English
    • Ability to operate most of type of Mining equipment
    • Ready worked in remote area

    7. Geologist Modeling

    Responsibilities:
    • Prepare geological model and interpretation
    • Geological model review, check and validation
    • Prepare quality modeling and geo statistic
    • Prepare Geological model output such contour, sections etc.
    • Prepare resources estimation and report

    Qualifications:
    • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Geology
    • Geologist with three until five (3-5) years experience in coal mining exploration (drillings and mapping activity), engineering and consulting
    • Capable to operate MineScape Stratmodel
    • Preferably posses a “POP” Mining Indonesia competency certificate
    • Highly skill in geological interpretation and resources estimation
    • Understand resources reporting standards
    • Excellent understanding in exploration database validation
    • Excellent use of GIS Software and (Mapinfo etc)
    • Willing to work extended hours to meet deadlines
    • Good communication and presentation skills including report writing – Good English is essential
    • Strong leadership and team building skills
    • Ready worked in remote area

    8. Production Engineer

    Responsibilities:
    • Technical and mine planning support to the operation
    • Monitor equipment performance
    • Develop and maintain control cost reporting system
    • Provide back up to the site based personnel
    • Review daily production and ensure compliance with mine planning

    Qualifications:
    • Recognized mining engineering qualifications
    • Minimum 3 years practical operating mining experience in a similar role
    • A working knowledge of Surpac and Minescape mine planning software
    • Good communication skills, written – verbal, both in English and Bahasa
    • Computer literate
    • Held a “POP” Mining Indonesia competency certificate
    • Be an efficient, honest, team player, with analytical skills, attention to detail and quality, be persistent and systems oriented
    • Prefers understand about Heavy equipment
    • Knowledge of heavy Equipment is preferable
    • Ready worked in remote area

    9. Maintenance Planner

    Responsibilities:
    • Coordinate with site staff to ensure plant on is maintained accordance with procedures and manufacture s recommendations and to advise optimum levels of utilization, availability and cost effectiveness
    • Ensure employees within the workshop work in a safe, timely, efficient, environmentally aware and cost conscious manner
    • Develop and implement preventive Maintenance schedules
    • Liaise with OEM dealers to achieve optimum performance and related costs
    • Ensure there is effective utilization of plant personnel and resources to achieve optimum performance in all facets
    • Establish priorities for the repair of equipment in order to optimize maximum utilization of plant fleet to achieve production targets
    • Liaise with operations with recommendations of equipments failure and damage causes
    • Review mechanical repairs and services to ensure compliance with the recording requirements of plant system and procedures manual• Review plant costs to maintain/reduce budget on all plant items as determined by the plant rates
    • Provide Plant Department employees with the opportunity to increase knowledge and skills by recognizing and recommending training in order to achieve workplace competencies

    Requirements:
    • Recognized Trade and/mechanical engineering qualifications
    • Minimum 4 years industrial experience in a combination of mining and construction industries in the similar role
    • Have experience at a Supervisory level
    • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa and English
    • Computer literate
    • Be an efficient, honest, team player, with analytical skills, attention to detail and quality, be persistent and system oriented
    • Ready worked in remote area

    10. Supervisor Mechanic

    Responsibilities:
    This position is a frontline role and is responsible for day maintenance activities, establish high performance for health, Safety and Environmental, coordinating and implemented preventative maintenance initiatives and activities so that that production targets can be achieved

    Qualifications:
    • Senior High School or Senior Technical school, Diploma (3) would be preferred
    • Recognized trade and or mechanical engineering qualifications
    • Minimum 5 years experience in mining industry as Foreman/Leading hand
    • Previous experience in similar role minimum 3 years
    • Good communication skills, written and verbal in English
    • Computer literacy is preferred
    • Ready worked in remote area

    11. Graduated Mining Engineer

    Responsibilities:
    To provide mine planning, scheduling of mining operations Drill and Blast, and Coal quality support to the engineering department. Assist in creasing the profitability of the mining Operation .Gain sufficient skills for a carrier in Mine engineering.

    Requirements:
    • Qualification in bachelor degree of mining engineering
    • Good communication skills, written and verbal in English
    • General Computer literacy: Word, Excel, Outlook, Power point and Access
    • Ready worked in remote area

    12. Operator Trainer

    Responsibilities:
    To provide Operational Training for operators and allied training for clients in order to increase the productivity, and maintenance.

    Responsibilities:
    • Previous experience in similar role minimum 4 years
    • Familiar with training delivery equipment (all around HE equipment)
    • Good communication skills, written and verbal in English and Bahasa
    • Team work, works effectively with others and relates to colleagues and trainees
    • Good communication and presentation skills including report writing – Good English is essential
    • Computer literacy is preferred
    • Ready worked in remote area.
