    You will be working as a valued member of the Ore Evaluation Services team providing consulting services to junior and multi-national mining companies. Your role will be to contribute to teams that deliver best-practice consulting services to clients in Australia and overseas.

    You will require:
    Broad based experience in exploration and/or mining
    High level of competency with geostatistical, geological modeling and mining software
    Knowledge and experience in the principles and practice of resource estimation and geostatistics
    A minimum of 10 years relevant industry experience
    For the successful applicants there is a very generous relocation assistance package plus assistance (if required) to obtain the appropriate visa to live and work in Australia.

    Responsibilities, according to level of experience, may include:
    Exploratory data analysis, variography and resource estimation using linear and non-linear techniques
    Conditional simulation for risk analysis, sampling optimization, model validation and grade control, etc
    Feasibility studies, expansion studies, optimization, and operations support
    Technical reviews, due diligence studies and independent reports for mining projects
    Liaison with clients
    Identification of new business opportunities in the mining industry
    Leadership of project teams on consulting assignments


    The attractive salary package is negotiable commensurate with experience and includes the option for a novated motor vehicle lease.
