Requirements:
* Having minimum 2 years experience in similar area.
* Hold Bachelor degree in Psychology, preferably with Psychology proficiency
* Excellent spoken and written skills, especially in English.
* Familiar with psychometric tools
* Experience in developing and implementing recruitment strategy, excellent interview skills, and strong negotiation skills.
* Able to building wide network and also have sound knowledge of various sources in searching suitable candidates.

Responsibilities:
* Initiate recruitment strategy to attract and retain qualified candidates
* Develop effective practices to facilitate hiring process, identification and placement of qualified applicants
* Analyze recruitment plan and identify various sources to search qualified candidates and facilitate hiring process
* Identification and placement of qualified candidate and also recruit right candidate and place the candidate in the right position
* Involve in placement process like conducting the reference checks, negotiating with the candidate, ensuring the offer letters and its administration as well
* Demonstrate highly developed communication, interpersonal and influencing skills and also willingness to work collaboratively with other Departments
