    PT. Advance Marketing and Services is subsidiary company of Advance Agro group (a Public company in Thailand) which register their company in Indonesia. Our power plant business in Thailand has been rapidly growing to meet the demand of the manufacturing industry development in our region. Our total power plant capacity currently is 300 MW and estimated requirement forecast will be double by year 2011. PT AMS task is to supply coal to subsidiaries companies under Advanceagro group and outside customers

    To support the company mining operation, we are looking for highly motivated to fill in the following position:

    1. MINING ENGINEER

    The Mining Engineer is a team member in Mining Department within PT. AMS, who has responsibilities for the development of coal mining project in Indonesia.

    The Mining Engineer shall responsible for:

    • Join together with the Geologist during mine visit for coal spot shipment or stockpile enquiry.
    • Investigate and report to immediate supervisor in all aspects about geological e.g. coal quantity, quality, seam model, variation etc. after mine or supplier visit for generating supplier s database.
    • Evaluate prospective coal project, create summary report and raise recommendation.
    • Analyst Geological data together with Geologist to calculate ore reserves.
    • Develop mine master plan, including with mine design, dumping design, mine drainage design and infrastructures.
    • Control related infrastructures construction activities as planned.
    • Generate mine production plan in both long and short-term with practical monitoring system.
    • Manage heavy equipment productivity to achieve mine production plan.
    • Manage capital expenditure and expenses as budgeting in the most efficient manner to achieve company target.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Good English communications skills and Computer literate.
    • Bachelor s Degree in related fields.
    • 1 - 3 years experience from coal company in production or planning work position.
    • Experience in coal exploration, mine infrastructure or logistic work will be an advantage.
    • Logic and systematic thinking, coordinating skill, result oriented, able to work independently in the remote area and commit to timeline.

    2. GEOLOGIST

    The Geologist is a team member in Mining Department within PT. AMS, who has responsibilities for conducting and implementing all of the field site geological survey, surface & sub-surface exploration, geological interpretation, coal reserve calculation and project feasibility study activities for Indonesian coal projects.

    The Geologist shall responsible for:

    • Join together with the Mining Engineer during mine visit for coal spot shipment or stockpile enquiry.
    • Investigate and report to immediate supervisor in all aspects about geological e.g. coal quantity, quality, seam model, variation etc. after mine or supplier visit for generating supplier s database.
    • Provide prospective coal project summary and raise recommendation.
    • Prepare exploration budget and implement in effective working manner to ensure safety, legislative and reliable data to be obtained.
    • Control field exploration work to be performed as planned in accurate data analysis with non-bias geological interpretation.
    • Report all field works progress to related parties in continuously basis.
    • Manage capital expenditure and expenses as budgeting in the most efficient manner to achieve company target.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Good English communications skills and Computer literate.
    • Bachelor s Degree in related fileds.
    • At least 3 years experience in coal company with related geological work position.
    • Experience in field exploration work will be an advantage.
    • Logic and systematic thinking, coordinating skill, result oriented, able to work independently in the remote area and commit to timeline.


    3. ACCOUNTING OFFICER

    The Accounting Officer is a team member in Accounting Department within PT. AMS who is accountable for assisting the Accounting Manager by validating all payable transactions, prepare accounting entries, tax administration, and compile, copy, sort, file record of office activities, business transaction and other activities.

    The Accounting Officer shall responsible for:

    • Validation to purchasing, receiving and payment document.
    • Tax filing to Directorate of General Tax.
    • Preparation of financial reporting.
    • Calculate, prepare, and debit note and credit note / bills to NPS.
    • Coding documents according to company policy and procedure.
    • Filing document.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Good English communications skills and Computer literate.
    • Bachelor s Degree in related filed.
    • At least 2 years experience in Accounting position.
    • Field work flexibility, coordinating skill, able to work independently and commit to timeline.

    4. HR & GENERAL AFFAIR OFFICER

    The HR & GA Staff is a team member in Accounting Department within PT. AMS who is accountable for assisting the Accounting Manager by implementing and monitoring the manpower planning, performing recruitment and selection process and assessment, organization planning and design, organization development and payroll administration.

    The HR and General Affair Staff shall responsible for:

    • Organization Planning, Design, and Development.
    • Manpower planning.
    • Recruitment and Placement.
    • Training and Development.
    • Salary and Benefit Administration.
    • Record and Report Employee Attendance.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Good English communications skills and Computer literate.
    • Bachelor s Degree in related filed.
    • At least 2 years experience in HR and General Affair position.
    • Field work flexibility, coordinating skill, able to work independently and commit to timeline.

    Compensation package: Good compensation package

    Location: This position required person who is able to work in Kalimantan
