    Our group is one of the world-largest natural resources based companies with operations in Indonesian archipelagos. One of our subsidiaries in Coal Mining is currently expanding and looking for highly qualified candidates to fill the following position:

    HR Training Supervisor
    (Jakarta Raya)


    Requirements:
    * At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
    * Preferably Coordinator/Supervisors specializing in Training & Development or equivalent. Job role in Training & Development or equivalent.
    * Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Education/Teaching/Training or equivalent.
    * Excellent presentation and communication skills of spoken and written english and bahasa indonesia
    * Required skill(s): Training need analysist, Training Evaluation, Man Power Development Program.
    * Very good organizational/planning skills and computer literacy
    * Awareness of the importance of Ethics and Values as well as Integrity and Humility

    Responsibilities:
    * Create all Learning & Development Programs in line with company standards
    * Maximize learning and development by providing a creative, fun and exciting environment
    * Track, input and maintain all individual colleague training and development records within HRIS System
    * Facilitate, monitor and oversee all departmental learning & development programs
    * Plan and conduct meetings with department heads, trainers and colleagues to review performance trends, action plans
    * Conduct needs analysis with department heads to assess specific learning & development needs
