We are the one of growing fast coal company in Indonesia, there are currently operate and explore locations in the key commercial coal area East Kalimantan, South Sumatra and Papua.

In response to our continuing fast growth, we need highly qualified, dynamic, energetic, strong leadership and experienced professionals to fill the following vacancies:

1. HSE Manager

Requirement:
a. Male, max age 36 years.
b. Min bachelor degree of Environmental/Health/Safety or equivalent and posses some level of formal training in the HSE field.
c. More than 8 years experiences in mining industry as the HSE Manager.
d. Strong capability to handling Health, Safety and Environment.
e. Expertise on HSE Management System, Procedure & Regulation.
f. Good knowledge and experience in set up, implementing & monitoring HSE Management System requirements in compliance with Corporate & International Standards.
g. Be able to conduct basic HSE training.
h. Excellent computer skill.
i. Good communication and fluent in English (both written and spoken).
j. Strong leadership.
k. Based on Jakarta Office.

2. Commercial Manager

Requirement:
a. Male, max age 38.
b. Min bachelor degree in a relevant field such as mining engineering.
c. Min 8 years working experiences in contract relevant field such as in the field of mining industry.
d. Familiar with mine permit, mine operation and mine working process.
e. Strong capability to clarify goals and reach agreement maintaining the interests of all parties.
f. Able to build and maintain excellent relationships with contractors.
g. Ability to overview situations, review and evaluate, defining set plans to achieve business goals.
h. Careful planning to achieve accurate and timely results.
i. Full understand with budget and control in mining industry.
j. Good communication in English (both written and spoken).
k. Strong leadership.
l. Based on Jakarta Office, but flexible to go on site or any place needed to survey.

3. Sr. Project Engineer

Requirement:
a. Male, age min 35 – 40 years.
b. University Graduate, majoring Mechanical Engineer.
c. Min 8 years experiences, preferably working in mining industry.
d. Strong knowledge & experience with: mechanical, civil, and electric.
e. Strong leadership and hard working.
f. Good communication in English (both written & spoken).
g. Expert in using computer engineering software.
h. Based on Jakarta Office, but flexible to go on site or any place needed to survey.

4. Sr. Mine Engineer

Requirement:
a. University Graduate, majoring Mine Engineer.
b. Min age 32 years and Max age 38 years.
c. Min 6 years working experiences and 2 years in the same position.
d. Preferable working in Contractor Coal Mining.
e. Familiar with computer literate Microsoft Office and MINCOM Software (SURPAC).
f. Strong leadership and hard working.
g. Ready to work any area in Indonesia.

5. HSE Supervisor

Requirement:
a. Graduate in Engineering or having qualification in HSE.
b. Max age 38 years old.
c. At least 5 years working experience and 2 years in the same position from mining industry.
d. Strong experience especially in coal mining project, which include safe working procedures, job safety analysis (JSA) and emergency response team.
e. Having experience on inspection, procedures and prepare all documentations related to HSE.
f. Having knowledge on HSE Management System.
g. Good communication and fluent in English (both written and spoken).
h. Strong leadership.
i. Ready to work any area in Indonesia.

6. Admin Supervisor

Requirement:
a. Min Bachelor Degree (S1) in Administration or Management.
b. Having minimum at least 5 years experiences, and 2 years in the same position.
c. Understand of Personnel System and Legal.
d. Familiar with Mining & PEB Document Permit.
e. Discipline and hard working.
f. Strong Leadership.
g. Ready to work any area in Indonesia.

7. Sr. Mine Surveyor

Requirement:
a. University Graduate, majoring Mine Engineer.
b. Min age 32 years and Max age 38 years.
c. Min 6 years working experiences and 2 years in the same position.
d. Preferable working in Contractor Coal Mining.
e. Familiar with computer literate Microsoft Office and MINCOM Software (SURPAC).
f. Strong leadership and hard working.
g. Ready to work any area in Indonesia.

8. Sr. Maintenance Supervisor

Requirement:
a. University Graduate, majoring Electrical Engineer.
b. Min age 32 years and Max age 38 years.
c. Min 4 years working experiences.
d. Preferable working in Contractor Coal Mining.
e. Having experiences on : Plant Maintenance, Instrumentation Electrician, Electrician Camp Maintenance, Crusher Plant, Conveyor, Powerhouse (Generator Set).
f. Strong Leadership and hard working.
g. Ready to work any area in Indonesia.

9. Resources Geologist

Responsibilities:
1. Managing Geological Database.
2. Preparing Geological model, drawings, etc.

Requirements:
1. Male, age max 35 years.
2. Min Bachelor Degree (S1), majoring Geologist.
3. Min 6 years working experiences and 2 years in the same position.
4. Preferable working in Coal Mining Company.
5. Familiar operational with software Surpac, MS Access, or any program for geo-modeling & mining.
6. Good communication and fluent in English (both written and spoken).
7. Strong Leadership.
8. Based on Head Office Jakarta.

10. Finance and Cost Controller

Requirements:
1. Male, age max 35 years.
2. Min Bachelor Degree (S1), majoring Accounting.
3. Min 3 years working experiences in the same position, preferable experiences with Accounting/Audit firm.
4. Familiar and experienced with financial product such as Letter of Credit, Bank Guarantee, etc.
5. Excellent with computer skill.
6. Fluent in English both written and spoken.
7. Accurate, Fast Learner, High Integrity, Firm, and good teamwork.
8. Strong Leadership.
