Business Consultant MES

Responsibilities:


As a business consultant MES, you advise our customer on strategic and tactical issues regarding Manufacturing Execution Systems. The focus of your advice is business and ICT solutions. You are a coach in a multi-discipline team working closely together with customers.


You are an initiator, able to translate market demands into client-specific solutions.
You inform client and LogicaCMG of new developments and market trends. You can participate and organize seminars, give presentations and publish white papers and articles.


You have a preference for Manufacturing, possibly with experience in a multi-plant environment. Acting on different levels, communication with the Board, plant management and operators. Teamplayer and independent thinker. Creative and structured.


Through your extensive experience you are able to generate leads from your network.

Requirements:


Education on university level
At least 8 year experience in consultancy and manufacturing
Relevant network in manufacturing
International mobility
Strong analytical skills
Social, communicative- and presentation skills
Excellent knowledge of the English language, verbal as well as in writing

Job As MES Engineer
(Selangor - Petaling Jaya)

Responsibilities:

A MES Engineer leads or is participant in a MES projectteam implementing Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) products.
A MES engineer identifies the boundaries between MES and other systems, and implements the product with the right configuration and integrate it with ERP and process control systems. Your experience provides invaluable help, minimising the impact on production and guaranteeing user acceptance.

Requirements:


Education on university level with ICT components.
3 – 5 year relevant implementation (of MES systems) experience
Able to develop software with Microsoft tools
Knowledge of databases and common develop environments.
knowledge of Camstar/insite or Simatic IT is a pre, but knowledge and experience can also be gained with other MES software.
good communicative skills and to be able to work in teams and alone.
good control of the English language
