    PECCA Leather awarded ISO TS 16949 since 2003, a leather specialist since 80’s. PECCA one of the key OEM & ODM providers of Car Leather Seats Cover to major branded car makers in Asia, Euro & US.

    Currently, PECCA operates 3 plants within Klang Valley.

    In line with our mission to be the Premier Global-Market Supplier of premium quality leather products to support our offices in US & Euro we are in the fast track to build an “Integrated Low Lost Manufacturing plant” to be complete in 2008.

    The ILLMP integrated with the auto alert manufacturing system. A combination of hyper responsive management system and productivity Loss trigger system that able to cater the ever changing automotive industry.

    Quality Engineer / Quality Executive
    (Tmn Ehsan Industrial Park, Kepong)


    Responsibilities:
    • To lead the one of the Quality Section – PRE-MASS project / APQP / IPQC / INPROCESS / FINAL QC to strengthen the Quality Cycle & Quality enhancement practice
    To partners & coordinate with internal departments namely Quality Audit / Organization & Development / R & D / Any other external parties to accomplish ad-hoc Pre-Sales Project Team
    To maintain appropriate quality practice / measure records
    To ensure calibration tools / machinery used for verifications / checking are in proper handle and also
    To lead a team of Quality Operator / Assistant / Line Leaders / Supervisors
    Strong knowledge in ISO 9001 / TS16949, 5S, KANBAN, KAIZEN and other related JMSs practice
    Also act as Production Hard skills Trainer
    To conduct knowledge transfer for any direct / indirect relevant production personnel

    Requirements:A degree in Engineering with min. 2 - 3 years experience as Officer / Supervisor / Executive
    Candidate with 5 years above experience in Quality Management may consider as Unit Head / Section Head
    Sound knowledge in TPS (Toyota Production System) / Lean Manufacturing
    Experience in Management Representative (QMR) will be advantages
    Priority will be given to those who had past working experience with Korean / Japanese car maker or its 1st Tier OEM / ODM vendors
    Candidate from Automotive / Automotive Parts / Car Seat Manufacturing or being as Management Representative (QMR) will be an added advantages
    Those who is from Garment of soft line or liner product manufacturing (Mould / template / Sewing nature of business) will also encourage to apply
