Multinational Company; 6 positions

We are multinational company in Coal Mining Industry intending to commence operation in the South Barito Regency, Central Kalimantan. We are seeking dynamic and creative, professionals who have a successful track record in their fields to join and grow with our team:

I. Electrical Engineer (ELE-01)

Key Accountabilities:
1. Ability to set up electrical system at remote area (Building prototype & designing systems).
2. High level of knowledge on specifications and drawings electrical system and general electrical line of coal processing and documents related to engineering and construction.
3. Prepare electrical scope documents, budgets, specifications and schedules.
4. Participate in the engineering, design and construction review processes.
5. Understanding generator system, PLC s programming, Electrical commissioning & testing control panels and AC/DC.
6. Ensure the production of quality electrical engineering plans and specifications, while ensuring compliance with project, company and industry requirements and standards.

Specific Requirements:
1. Min. S1 Electrical Engineering.
2. Min. 3 years experience in Mining Company.
3. Understand about MS Office & Auto cad.
4. Willing to work in team environment.
5. Must have excellent conceptual skills and be very detail oriented.

II. Safety & Environment Officer (SEO-01)

Key Accountabilities:
1. Able to developing and implementing all necessary SE programs, coordinate implementation of facilities, environmental and safety.
2. Prepare all documentations related to HSE.
3. Able to direct the Safety and Environment Policy for work safety in mining activities.
4. Able to identify and to prevent the work accident before happen it in every mining activities.

Specific Requirements:
1. Min. D3 Safety & Environment or equivalent.
2. Min. 3 years experience in Mining Company.
3. Knowledge of K3 regulation and Environmental Management.

III. Accounting Staff for Barito Utara (ACC)

Key Accountabilities:
1. Knowing accounting cycle, GL, fix asset (familiar in day to day accounting).
2. Ability to prepare consolidation financial report an budgeting.
3. Preparation of the monthly financial statements of the company and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements of a listed company.
4. Preparation of trend and variance analysis between months and between actual vs budget.
5. Computer and associated accounting software knowledge is important.

Specific Requirements:
1. Male / Female, single, max 30 years old.
2. Min. D3 Accounting / Finance at least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
3. Able to speak English (passive).
4. Able to work with as a team or individually.
5. Trustworthy, discipline, hard worker, fast learner.
6. Living in Kalimantan; Job Location on Barito Utara.


IV. Mine Planning Engineer (MPE-01)

Key Accountabilities:
1. Strong knowledge and has successfully experience in mines planning, project planning, scheduling, management of open cut mines.
2. Be able to construct geology models & pit designs.
3. Can communicate all significant issues relating, to operations, environmental management or safety.

Specific Requirements:
1. Min. D3 Mining Engineer from reputable University.
2. Min. 3 years experience as Mining Engineer in Coal Mining Company.
3. Have good knowledge of software mining programs especially Minescape.
4. Initiative, planning & organizing skills, problem solving, time management, interpersonal skills, teamwork, and client focus and be result driven.

V. Senior Mining Engineer (SrMPE-01)

Key Accountabilities:
1. Strong knowledge and has successfully experience in operation which includes; mines planning, project planning, scheduling and controlling of mining operation, contract mining, management of open cut mines in high rainfall areas.
2. Be able to construct geology models & pit designs.
3. Can communicate all significant issues relating, to operations, environmental management or safety.

Specific Requirements:
1. Min. S1 Mining Engineer from reputable University.
2. Min. 5 years experience as Mining Engineer in Coal Mining Company.
3. Have good knowledge of software mining programs especially Minescape & SURPAC.
4. Have Certified in POP (“Pengawas Operasional Pratama”).
5. Strong Leadership capability, initiative, planning & organizing skills, problem solving, time management, interpersonal skills, teamwork, and client focus and be result driven.

VI. Geologist (Ge-01)

Key Accountabilities:
1. Develop & Manage Exploration Plan.
2. Strong knowledge in principle of Geology.
3. Be able to describe coal outcrops, coring and also geotechnical sampling procedure.
4. Ability to design structure contour as normal.
5. Able to do geology mapping.

Specific Requirements:
1. Min. D3 Geology from reputable University.
2. Expert in software mining especially Minescape.
3. Having Experience min. 2 years at geological mapping in coal mining exploration.
4. Strong in analysis and evaluation to check the potentiality of new mine concession and must have good reporting skill.
