Mine Operation Manager / Kepala Teknik Tambang (ref: KTT)
(Mining: Kalimantan based)

Requirements :
• Candidate must possess from Bachelor s Degree in Mining Engineering.
• Having 5 year(s) of working experience as “Kepala Teknik Tambang”.
• Having good understanding of mining operation.
• Knowledgeable in QSE, Mine Reclamation, and Rehabilitation.
• Have Certified in “Kepala Teknik Tambang".
• Having good relationship/network with government institutions.
• Excellent communication in both written and spoken English.
• Computer literate (MS Office).
• Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Highly self motivated and strong analytical skills.
• Creative and self starter, team player and having self integrity.
• Required skill(s): MS Office Application.
• Required language(s): English.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Central Kalimantan.
• Applicants must be willing to work with annual leave system (3 months on and 10 days off).

Senior Project Controls (ref: SPM)
(Engineering: Jakarta based)

Requirements :
• Candidates must possess at least Bachelor Degree of Engineering (Mining/ Mechanical/ Civil/ Mechatronic/ Electromechanical) or equivalent.
• At least 10 years of experiences in managerial level.
• Experiences within a multi discipline consulting engineering environment sufficient to lead projects from conception to completion.
• Previous experience in business development and client marketing.
• Advance knowledge of relevant codes, standard and practices.
• Advance communication skills, including technical report writing.


Manager Coal Project (ref: MCP)
(Jakarta based)

Requirements :
• The major competencies must include:
1. Indentifying new Coal Projects
2. Project Assessment
3. Project Negotiation and Development
• Experience in the coal industry; needs min 10 years.
• Based in Jakarta but with frequent and extended travel to coal locations.
• Direct report to Chief Representative.
• Self-motivated & self starter leadership role.
• Demonstrated experience in finding and assessing coal projects and success in negotiating at least one project.
• Experience in both Kalimantan and Sumatra.
• Able to identify and propose workable solutions to local issues.
• Has a network of professional contacts throughout Indonesia in the areas of mining, contracting, legal, financial, geological, logistical, etc.
• Knowledge of Indonesian mining and environmental laws and Indonesian mining concession regulations.
• Degree either in engineering or geology and preferably some financial training.
• Financially / commercially aware/astute.
• Capable of presenting a coherent project proposal to all levels of management within the Company.

Community Manager (ref: CMM)
(Mining :Java based)

Requirements :
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor s Degree in Construction, Engineering (Civil), Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): good communication and interpersonal skills, good knowledge of local communities culture.
• Required language(s): English.
• At least 10 year(s) of working experience in community relations in remote area.
• Applicants should hold relevant residence status.
• Preferably specializing in Corporate Affairs and Communications or equivalent.
• Willing to work in East Java.

Community Relations Superintendent (ref: CMR)
(Mining: Kalimantan based)

Requirements :
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor s Degree in Construction, Engineering (Civil), Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): social mapping, good communication and interpersonal skills, good knowledge of local community culture.
• Required language(s): English.
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in community relations in remote area (East Kalimantan) with good understanding of health, safety and environment issues.
• Applicants should hold relevant residence status.
• Preferably specializing in Community relations or equivalent.
• Willing to work at remote area, East Kalimantan.

Exploration Site Coordinator (ref: ESC)
(EPCM Mining: Java based)

Requirements :
• Bachelor of Engineering from reputable university, with camp management and facilitation experiences.
• At least 5 years of experiences in exploration mining projects.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience in managing exploration sites or small green fields mine sites in Indonesia, including catering, logistics, EH&S, manpower management, etc.
• Demonstrated knowledge of the challenges involved with managing remote exploration sites in Indonesia. Knowledge that will allow the efficient management of the exploration site in relation to catering, logistics, OHS&E, manpower management, etc.
• Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesian in order to be able to relay information in a way that is understood by the target audience. Solid man-management skills in an Indonesian environment.
• A leadership style that promotes a cooperative work environment with employees and peers.
• Solid planning and scheduling skills to ensure an efficient flow of logistics and personnel.
• Willing to work at East Java.

HR / Head Hunter Consultant
(Jakarta based)

Key Responsibilities :
• Market research and Head Hunting.
• Interviewing of candidates.
• Report preparation.
• Coordination of activities.
• Client Customer Service.
• Business Development.

Requirements :
• Candidate must possess at least a Associate Degree, Bachelor s Degree or Master s Degree / Post Graduate Degree in Engineering (Mining/Mineral), Engineering (Civil), Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Marketing or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): Recruitment, Client Service.
• Preferred network(s): Oil & Gas, Telecommunication, Mining, Engineering, FMCG, HR.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia.

Drill and Blast Superintendent (ref: DBS)

Requirements :

• Required skill(s): Drilling and blasting operations in mining projects.
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

• Preferably Supervisors specializing in Mining Engineering or equivalent.

Quantity Surveyor (ref: QNS)

Requirements :
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor s Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): MS Office Application, knowledge of cost control system.
• Required language(s): English.
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
