They are currently required a qualified, experienced, motivated candidate for the following positions:

Project Engineer
(Kalimantan Base)

Requirements:
• Must possess Bachelor of Civil Engineer or equivalent from a reputable University.
• At least 3 years of working experiences in related field.
• Experienced in site construction particularly in Material Handling System, civil works (concrete, bridge, culvert, earthwork, jetty, road construction) and general machine.
• Have a project management background is preferable.
• Have Oil and Gas experience is also preferable.
• Experienced working on major projects with major clients.
• Preferred with working experience in mining industries.
• Willing to work at site in East Kalimantan.
• Age 30 – 40 years old.
• Sound Computer literacy.

Community Relations Superintendent
(Kalimantan based)

Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor s Degree in Construction, Engineering (Civil), Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): social mapping, good communication and interpersonal skills, good knowledge of local community culture.
• Required language(s): English.
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in community relations in remote area (East Kalimantan) with good understanding of health, safety and environment issues.
• Applicants should hold relevant residence status.
• Preferably specializing in Community relations or equivalent.
• Full-Time positions available.

Drill and Blast Superintendent

Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor s Degree in Engineering (Mining) or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): mechanical, Drilling and Blasting operations.
• At least 7 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in East Kalimantan.
• Preferably Supervisors specializing in Mining Engineering or equivalent.

Training Superintendent

Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor s Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): MS office application, presentation and training skill.
• Required language(s): English.
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in East Kalimantan.
• Applicants should hold relevant residence status.
• Preferably specializing in HR or equivalent.

Service Engineer

Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor s Degree in Engineering Electrical, Instrument, or Computer Science with outstanding GPA (grade).
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience as DCS, PLC or ESD services in instrumentation industry.
• Experienced in all aspects of engineering activities from conceptual design to documentation generation, with additional experience in DCS that s dealing with Preventive Maintenance.
• Jakarta base and willing to travel if needed.

Communication Manager

Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor s Degree in Communications or other related degree.
• At least 10 year(s) of working experience at the same position in exploration / mining industry.
• Extensive skills of project management, communications strategies development with excellent scheduling skill in discipline approaching management.
• Demonstrated experience in producing high quality publications and public relations materials.
• Software skills of word processing, Internet, web content management and other presentation software.
• Willing to work at site.

Exploration Site Coordinator

Requirements:
• Bachelor degree from reputable university, with catering related qualification or equivalent knowledge and experience gained on the job.
• At least 5 years of experiences in the related field is required for this position.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience in managing exploration sites or small green fields mine sites in Indonesia, including catering, logistics, EH&S, manpower management, etc.
• Demonstrated knowledge of the challenges involved with managing remote exploration sites in Indonesia. Knowledge that will allow the efficient management of the exploration site in relation to catering, logistics, OHS&E, manpower management, etc.
• Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesian in order to be able to relay information in a way that is understood by the target audience. Solid man-management skills in an Indonesian environment.
• A leadership style that promotes a cooperative work environment with employees and peers.
• Solid planning and scheduling skills to ensure an efficient flow of logistics and personnel.
• Willing to work at remote area, Kalimantan.
