    Requirements:
    Having knowledge in Health Safety and Environment / ISM Code
    Having knowledge in 007/PTK/VI/2004 (MIGAS / Government Regulation) is an advantage
    Good interpersonal relationship with marine and offshore company
    Able to work independently
    Minimum D3 preferably S1 in any discipline
    Having experience in oil and gas / marine / shipping industry
    Develop marketing in oil and gas industry and shipping
    Having knowledge in tender document / tender process
