    An independent energy company that explores for, develops and produces natural gas, crude oil and natural gas liquids. The company has interests in the United States, Canada, Egypt, Australia, the United Kingdom and Argentina.

    Qualifications/ Experience: The following skills, qualifications and experience are required:

    Engineering Degree Qualification

    Minimum of 5 years experience in upstream hydrocarbon industry.

    Management and supervisory skills with an interpersonal bias

    Demonstrated leadership and planning skills

    Experience in implementation of Asset Integrity Management Systems.

    Ability to work with diverse group of people ranging from onshore management to onsite operations staff



    Principal Accountabilities include but are not limited to:

    Develop related documentation for operations phase. E.g.:SEIMP (Subsea Equipment Integrity Management Plan)

    Maintenance Strategies
    Maintenance Procedures
    Subsea intervention manual / procedures / tooling / spares.
    Subsea systems engineering SOG’s (System Operating Guides) and operations procedures
    e-MMS (e-Maintenance Management System) work instructions
    Manage engineering documentation requirements for operations and handover to operations (e.g. MDR’s, O&M’s,etc.)
    Provide operational, technical and engineering liaisons with both project development team and the reservoir engineering team

    assist the operations team achieve an optimised subsea infrastructure
    facilitate issues and actions for subsea infrastructure
    Specify and purchase all required tooling and critical spares for subsea infrastructure.

    Review opportunities for pooling subsea tooling, spares, etc and establish tooling inventory and suitable storage facilities.

    Provide support both onshore or offshore (as required) for field commissioning and start-up

    Develop operations manual, operating procedures, and operators handbook for all subsea equipment.

    Develop the operational and maintenance training and competency programme for subsea infrastructure.
