    To be considered for this position, the applicant should at least graduated from University degree in Social field or similar discipline with at least 2 years working experience. Ability to work in a team, good communication and writing skill in Bahasa and English. Capable of operating MS Word, Excel and Power Point (Corel Draw, Adobe Photoshop, MS Access and SPSS). Competent to make filling system, correspondence and reports. Willing to learn and high motivation. Competency in financial administration would be an advantage.


    Reporting to Community Relations & Development Supervisor, this challenging and exciting position will be accountable in assisting administration functions and actively support the implementation of CRD Department s field activities. Public consultation, administration (documentation and archiving), community relations, developing and maintaining database system (e.g.: stakeholders, incident and community complaint), cultural heritage surveys, donations and sponsorships, social impacts and risk mitigation, also in dealing with community complaint and conflict resolution in the Maruwai Coal Projects area are the main scope of work.
