MINING MANAGER
Job Title: MINING MANAGER
Directorate: Aggregates Operation
Location: Maloko Quarry, Kab Bogor
Requirements:
- Education: University graduate majoring in Mining Engineering
- Language: Good command of English, both oral & written
- Experiences:
8 years experiences in Mining industry or quarry in Managerial Level for Bachelor degree
12 years experiences in Mining industry or quarry in Managerial Level for Diploma
- Computer Literate: MS Office (Excel, Word and Power Point)
- Other qualifications:
Good in analytical & problem solving skills, especially in technical, safety and environmental aspects as well as costs and benefit for all activities in quarry
Extensive knowledge of Law related to Mines, Safety and Environmental, precedent and Practice
Strong interpersonal and communication skill
Having knowledge of Management Safety, Health and Environment in Mining Industry
Having license in Technical Mine Manager, Shot Firer as well as Safety, Health and Environment Certificate
Good in Mining and Plant Process knowledge
Ability to plan, design and execute all quarry process
Scope of works:
The incumbent will be responsible to plan, organize, supervise and evaluate all activities in Maloko Quarry such as Production, Quality, Maintenance, Sales & Delivery, Administration, Safety & Environment, Community & Government Relationship to achieve budgeted profitability in a safe and efficient manner.
