With the substantial growth in its operations and the planned growth to be achieved, they seek a technically competent, team orientated senior professional to lead, develop and execute a range of Whole of Asset solutions revolving around the general Structural requirement of offshore engineering in an ever-growing range of exciting projects across Asia.

    Requirements:
    Ideally we seek a seasoned and broadly experienced Civil & Structural engineering professional, with at least 10+ years in relevant field that has a demonstrable career history showing success at senior level within large Multi-National Corporations. We seek a highly technical sound and an astute team leader with the passion to coach and mentor the junior. It is expected that you have excellent communication skills and vast supervisory experience.


    Responsibilities:
    As the Lead Structural Engineer you will report to the General Manager and be responsible for a team of 5 to 7 engineers within Department of Structural Engineering. You are also accountable to manage the team in performing offshore concept FEED and detail design engineering for downstream hydrocarbons and offshore projects, including new platforms, topsides, subsea tiebacks to existing platforms and addition of new facilities on existing platforms. Those responsibilities will include managing and execution of the engineering activities to ensure compliance to the requirements, standards, specification etc from the Client; acting as a technical advisor to team with regards to working methodology & technical quality; liaison with the Client as well as project management team; monitoring of internal budgets for the team; recruiting, training & developing the team; providing leadership and coaching to the staff etc
