    Coal Processing Superintendent / Site Operations Manager

    Job Requirements:
    - Graduated of recognized University
    - Back ground study is “Wet Metallurgy” preferred
    - At least 5 years experience in coal preparation plant
    - Able to speak English and computer literate
    - Coal processing Experience is necessary
    - Heavy Medium and JIG experience is preferred
    - For those with > 6 years experience will be consider as Managerial position
    - Location(s): Vietnam

    Job Responsibilities:
    - Operation & Maintenance of Crushing Plant
    - Operation & Maintenance of Wash Plant
    - Metallurgical Balance of input and output
    - Power Generation
    - Control input: Labour salaries, Overtime, Equipment rental, casual labour, fuel usage, etc
    - Responsible for output: Performance against agreed targets, Timely production, Safety plans, etc
