We are a new national company having business interest in Biofuel / Palm Oil Plantations; we have a large land of plantations in East Indonesia. In line with our strong commitments for growth, we are now seeking to recruit high caliber and dynamic professionals to fill the following positions and to be based in Jakarta.

Legal and Documentation
(Jakarta Raya - Jakarta)

Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Law or equivalent
Male, age 30 - 45 years old
At least 5 years of working experience in legal / documentation in plantation, possess experience in Papua area is preferable
Good skills of Commercial law, Land law
Preferably dealing with central and local governmental agencies and demonstrating the ability to communicate effectively within and outside the organization
Self motivator with positive attitude, good interpersonal skills with excellent report writing and communication skills
Willing for traveling
Ability to work with limited supervision
Excellent spoken and written skills in English
Full-Time positions available

Responsibilities:
Research on various legislation, update and maintain a database of changes to Statutes and legislation affecting the Plantation operations locally and in the regions it carries out its business activities
Draft and review all operating Contracts and Agreements, assess internal exposures to different regulations, and advise the management of legal risks and exposures
Assist in structuring and administering legal contracts of a diverse nature and assist in company incorporation activities in consultation with legal advisors and experts
