    1. PMT0292_GENERAL FOREMAN ELECTRICAL MAINTENANCE

    Responsibility:
    Coordinate the activities of electrical and instrumentation maintenance works primarily in the downstream process areas of rougher/scavenger flotation, cleaner flotation, water recovery (thickeners) and concentrate pumping areas. Also coordinate activities of specialized instrument & control technicians to support field instrumentation and PLC/DCS systems to ensure that availability and production targets are attained

    Qualification:
    • A degree in electrical engineering is highly desirable or high school education with 12 years of experience with maintenance of electrical and instrumentation equipment in a milling/processing environment are necessary.
    • Previous supervisory experience, time management and people management skills are necessary.
    • A degree in electrical engineering is highly desirable but not essential
    • Good communication skill both Indonesia and English


    2. PTS0067_METALLURGIST

    Responsibility:
    To provide daily operational support to assist in identification, investigation, and implementation of production and cost improvements. The incumbent is also expected to work with flotation maintenance personnel as required. Within physical responsibility boundaries are from the feed pipe into the main flotation distributor tank, rougher and scavenger flotation, regrind and polishing mill, cleaner flotation circuits, CCD circuit, reagent mixing facilities, filter plant, and concentrate shipment facilities.

    Qualification:
    • A tertiary degree in Metallurgy or relevant engineering discipline is essential.
    • A minimum of five years in the mining and mineral processing industry in a supervisory level position is essential.
    • Proven knowledge of mineral processing, particularly in grinding and base metals beneficiation techniques is essential.
    • Highly developed problem solving, analytical thinking and creative thinking skills are essential.
    • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills are essential. Must be able to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
    • Proven team work and proactive independent work ethic


    3. PMT0144_MACHINIST

    Responsibility:
    • Maintain, build and repair the various component parts and systems of the equipment under the control of the Central Workshop.
    • Interpret work orders, blue prints and technical data to asses materials required
    • Prepare work schedule(s) as required.
    • Maintain personal tooling and equipment to a serviceable standard to ensure minimal downtime or operating equipment.

    Qualification:
    • Minimum Senior High School equivalent or higher
    • At least 3 (three) years previous work experience in a machine shop operating machinery, to include lathes, milling machines, drills, shears, tool & cutter grinders and boring machines.
    • Ability to read and understand blueprints.


    4. ISY0099_ SPECIALIST - HELPDESK SUPPORT

    Responsibility:
    To provide online and/or remote support to PTNNT computer users requiring assistance and provide a reliable, high quality level of service.


    Qualification:
    • S1 (Sarjana) degree in Computer Science/IT/Engineering or related discipline with minimum GPA of 3.0 (out of 4.0).
    • Experienced in Helpdesk or Customer Service at least 2 years
    • Strong communication skill in Bahasa Indonesia and English
    • Possess TOEFL score min. 550++
    • Working knowledge of computer networking (LAN, Wireless, WAN), Windows operating system, internet, intranet, email, MS Office applications, Multimedia applications such as Adobe products, CorelDraw, etc.


    5. PMT_0296_QUALITY ASSURANCE ENGINEER CORROSION REMEDIATION PROJECT

    Responsibility:
    • Develop Quality Assurance program for the works including, structural repairs, concrete repairs, pipe replacement, electrical facility replacement, corrosion resistant material installation and preparation & protective coating works manual for the project.
    • Perform planned audits and surveilances to ensure compliance to project standards
    • Utilize a full range of instruments relating to coatings, viscosity, thickness (wet & dry) adhesion, holidays, hardness, surface preparation cleanliness, surface profile, atmospheric conditions of temperature, humidity, dew point, and moisture, and contaminations such as dissolved salts. The candidate shall be trained and practiced in the use of the instruments.
    • Ensure the contractor applies the specified quality processes to control quality during preparation, installation and application.
    • Monitor and report status of implementation of quality management program and its effectiveness
    • Recognize and record all quality excursions and communicate prompt notice of same to the project management team. No compromise in quality standard shall be permitted to proceed without the written authorization by the project manager
    • Foster work environment that promotes safety, quality, openness, trust, communication, team work and customer satisfaction.

    Qualification:
    • Poses an engineering degree and be competent in reading drawings and specifications.
    • Completed a coating inspection course to NACE level 3 or approved equivalent course.
    • At least 10 years in QA roles.
    • Have experience in administering quality assurance on major structural rehabilitation works.
    • Able to write and speak English fluently.


    6. PMT 0133 - 0028 – 0029_MECHANICS

    Responsibility:
    Maintain crusher, conveyor, grinding, flotation, thickener and reagent circuits, concentrate pumping water, fresh water and tailings, operate Mobile Equipment and workshop machines, fabricate and perform equipment overhauls.

    Qualification:
    • Senior High School equivalent or higher
    • Minimum 4 years experience with maintenance or construction of large processing equipment.
    • Desirably Skills : Perform basic P.M. and lubrication functions, Pump rebuilds, Crusher rebuilds, Gear box trouble shooting, Conveyor alignment and maintenance, Grinding mill relines, Basic skills in welding/cutting.


    7. PMT 0138_ELECTRICIAN/INSTRUMENTATION

    Responsibility:
    To install, troubleshoot, repair, and calibrate field measurement instruments and control elements. Contribute to plant availability and efficient operation by performing planned maintenance on field instruments and control systems. Perform improvement projects to increase availability of field instrumentation and DCS control equipment and provide essential operational support and shift duties as required. Troubleshoot PLC hardware and communications installations and support operations by placing and removing jumpers in control systems as required to maintain operations

    Qualification:
    • S1 electronics, industrial instrumentation, engineering or related field.
    • Four years field experience (or equivalent combination) working with industrial process measurement instrumentation preferably in the mineral processing environment.
    • Two years experience working with industrial process control systems such as Allen-Bradley PLC or ABB Bailey DCS.


    8. PMT0183_SENIOR ENGINEER MECHANICAL

    Responsibility:
    • Provides engineering design and technical service within the Process Maintenance Department.
    • Performs all functions of technical consulting, conceptual design and cost estimation; provides engineering drawings/specifications; obtains construction bids: and performs construction management as required.
    • Develops programs for and performs field measurements, and observations for equipment trouble shooting.
    • Interfaces with Environmental and Loss Control Departments to obtain approval to proceed relating to environmental and safety issues.
    • Acts on behalf of the company in design and coordination of facilities affecting the company and other outside or adjacent firms.
    • Provides data interpretation with recommendations on vibration analysis, oil analysis, wear materials nondestructive, gear wear monitoring/failure analysis, process related changes, and equipment failure history analysis; supervises precision machine element alignments as required.
    • Performs drafting/CAD machine duties: read blueprints; interprets technical specifications: estimates costs: compose reports.
    • Performs stress, strain and deflection analysis; performs bearing and power transmission design analysis.

    Qualification:
    • University graduate or higher in Engineering.
    • Familiar with precision measurement instruments & tools
    • Competent in the use of MS Office and CAD programs.
    • Minimum 5 years work experience in engineering (Plant maintenance preferred)
    • Intermediate spoken and written English language skills.
    • Experience with CMMS programs.
    • Knowledge of regulations relating to construction sites and processing operations.
    • Read end interpret parts, service manuals, and technical reference books.
