Network & Multimedia - Radio Solution Engineer (Code: RSE)

QUALIFICATIONS:

-Bachelor/Master Degree in Electrical/Telecommunication, Electronics or Computer Science with minimum 3 years working experience in GSM/WCDMA Radio Network Design and Performance Improvement (ND/NPI).

-Possess an exceptional knowledge of GERAN/WCDMA Radio Network Design Techniques and has a detail knowledge of advance radio network products and features with it's associated complexity on planning & optimization in live radio network

-Possess ability to work with a wide variety of people including customer’s high level management, technical personal and product managers.

-Has advance skill in using Radio Network Planning Tools and has extensive knowledge and experience on Network Performance Improvement activities in live GSM network is a must (WCDMA field experience is an advantage)

-Highly developed interpersonal, strong communication (conversational and writing skill), negotiation and presentation skills, independent, self motivated, strong analytical with an excellent problem solving skills, and open to continuous changes and varying degree of responsibility

-Ability to work under pressure, independent and well organized.

-Open minded with social competence and practical experience from working in international teams and environments.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Developing Radio Cell Planning, Radio Network Design and Radio Network Solutions based on existing and future product portfolio from Ericsson in the areas of GSM RAN, WCDMA RAN and LTE technologies.

-Present and discuss Radio solutions during meetings with existing and new customers.

-Follow up and actively contribute on Customer’s RFI and RFQ.

-Develop extensive knowledge of Ericsson Radio products, solutions and related development strategies.

-Maintain Ericsson Radio evolution plans for existing customer’s solutions e.g. product substitution, maintain product plans and future strategies (roadmap).

-Creating Radio Solution Sales Project with the account responsible.

-Actively living of the Proactive Selling approach from Radio Technology and Solution side.
