    1. Human Resources Officer

    Requirements:
    • Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree / Post Graduate Degree
    • Must have a minimum of 2 years relevant experience
    • Must have good command of both spoken and written English
    • Must have commercial acumen, personal credibility, supervisory / leadership skill, marketing orientation and drive to succeed
    • Must demonstrate a high degree of integrity
    • Must be willing to work in Surabaya
    • Full-Time positions available.

    Responsibilities:
    • To assist human resources manager in coordinating selection & recruitment activities to achieve manpower needs.
    • To assist the head office in employee relations and all activities related to HR functions as well as ensuring compliance with HR policy


    2. Services Officer

    Requirements:
    • Bachelor & Master degree from a reputable university
    • Must have a minimum of 2 years relevant experience
    • Must have good command of both spoken and written English
    • Must have commercial acumen, personal credibility, supervisory / leadership skill, marketing orientation and drive to succeed
    • Must demonstrate a high degree of integrity
    • Must be willing to work in Surabaya.
    • Full-Time positions available.

    Responsibilities:
    • The incumbent will be responsible to manage and ensure smooth operations of the Branch as well as manage cash, payments, customer complaints and inquiries.
