    The company is focused on the development of integrated and cost-competitive energy supply chains which include upstream development and investment, LNG plants, transportation, receiving terminals, power generation plants and downstream gas transmission networks and facilities.


    Pacific Oil & Gas (PO&G) is an independent energy resources development company with businesses throughout the energy supply chain: upstream field development, LNG liquefaction plant, receiving terminal, power plant and gas transmission network. PO&G has offices in Indonesia, China, Singapore and Hong Kong.

    Currently we are looking for professionals to be based in Jakarta, as:

    Deputy Legal Manager

    Minimum requirements:

    Bachelor degree in Law with 7 - 10 years legal working experience in the oil and gas industry. Experiences in LNG business are welcome to apply
    Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia written and spoken
    Have a business understanding of Oil and Gas industry in Indonesia
    Have a general knowledge of Oil and Gas Law and Practice
    Good understanding of computer skills such as word, power point and excel

    Responsibilities:
    -To provide company representation as a public notary and lawyer as well as to meet government institutions.
    -To give legal opinions on legal issues for the company in order to assure that company’s interest was protected without any legal impact.
    -To check the validity of all legal documents with 100 % accuracy
    -To provide legal documentation arrangement
