Responsible for managing Citifinancial mini loan center and its end-to end process including and not limited to loan center sales, profitability, credit and risk management, product process & administrations, and people management
Loan Center Manager
(Jakarta Raya - Jakarta Pusat)
Responsibilities:
* Develop capacity planning as per business requirement
* Hire, develop and train resources in addition to keep up high level of staff motivation
* Set the mini loan center and ensure adequate infrastructure is available.
* Responsible for achieving loan center sales numbers
* Assist in establishes robust distribution channels, including taking micromarketing initiative in the neighborhood.
* Managing the Direct Sales team assigned to the Mini Loan Center.
* Perform personal interview with customer and conduct budget analysis as per credit parameter
* Review and ensure customers' document completeness
* Responsible for ensuring the overall process of loan disbursement to customer.
* Monitor and track customer payment performance and ensure proper reminder mechanism in place
* Responsible for performing early bucket collection
* Maintain relationship with customers for continuous business relationship
Requirements:
* Minimum 2-3 years leadership experience with general management exposure.
* Having credit knowledge would be an advantage
* Demonstrated strong analytical ability
* Demonstrated proactively with the ability to work both independently and team player
* Strong services attitude and people oriented type of individual
* Excellent communication and inter-personal skill
* High level of integrity
* Ability to work under pressure and flexibility of work hours

Relationship Manager

* Proactively source prospective customer database and interact with walk-in customers on Citifinancial product
* Pre-screen and review customer documents
* Perform personal interview with customer and conduct budget analysis as per credit parameter.
* Review and ensure customers' document completeness.
* Responsible for ensuring loan disbursement to customer.
* Monitor and track customer payment performance and perform necessary reminder.
* Responsible for performing early bucket collection
* Maintain relationship with customers for continuous business relationship.
Requirements:
* Bachelor degree from any discipline from reputable university with min. GPA 3
* Services background with proven track of sales record would be an advantage with minimum 2 – 3 years in banking industries.
* Strong analytical ability.
* Demonstrated strong services attitude, people oriented with pleasant personality
* Excellent communication and inter-personal skill
* Multitasking-oriented with high learning capacity
* Ability to work under pressure and flexibility of work hours
