Accounting - Senior Staff
(Jakarta Raya - Jakarta)


Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
Familiar with Bank Indonesia reports (LBU, LHBU), Indonesia Accounting Standard (PSAK, PAPI, GAAP) and Bank Indonesia regulations
Good knowledge in Indonesian Taxation
Fluent in English, oral and written
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.

Head of Financial Institution
(Jakarta Raya - Jakarta)


Responsibilities:


Reporting to Treasury Group Head
Managing, coordinating and monitoring all activities in the area of Financial Institution.
To ensure delivery of the group’s service to internal and external customer.
Evaluate and monitor bank risks based on latest reliable qualitative and quantitative data gathered
Correspondent relationship management (public relations), Build and maintain good relationships and regular contact with correspondent banks especially in order to attain latest banking information
Respond immediately to any changes occurred in the bank (e.g management structure, nostro agents, authorized signatures, SWIFT, etc) and ensure such changes are communicated well to correspondent banks
Evaluate the service quality and costs of services provided by other correspondent banks
Business Development (in liaison with product development and Parent Bank)
Explore any business opportunities with correspondent banks for treasury and trade related products
Build and maintain good relationships with correspondent banks in order to provide sufficient interbank credit lines facilities (eg. Money Market and Forex) from banks in Indonesia for treasury activities.
Promote any services/products to other correspondent banks and to non bank financial institution
Requirements:




Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree in Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Commerce or equivalent.
Excellent in oral and writing in English (MUST) and Mandarin (advantage)
At least 6 year(s) of working experience in the related field
Good product knowledge and banking policy and procedure
Have strong analytical and presentation skill
Have good networking and good customer relationship skill
Have good people management and organization skill
Proactive, capable to motivate subordinates to achieve target and problem solving ability
Mature, self driven, motivated and have strong leadership
