General Manager (Coal)
Requirements:
• Good Engineering degree or higher from reputable universities
• Minimum 15 years of relevant coal business development and commercial experience
• Proven track record in coal business development and commercial exposure
• Strong and effective communication, negotiation and coordination skills, especially with key partners and government regulatory authorities
• Very familiar with commercial rules/regulations of the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources and key government regulatory bodies in the Coal industry
• An independent, resourceful and self driven team player with strong leadership, problem solving and organisation skills
• Effective in Bahasa Indonesia, English and Chinese
Job Description:
• Develop business models and strategic initiatives for coal projects in Indonesia
• Lead and grow the coal business development and commercial efforts
• Secure coal concessions for prospective acreage on HTI and palm plantation acreage
• Review feasibility studies, technical specifications, cost estimates and timeline for development of coal business
• Foster and enhance close working relationship and partnership with key partners for coal business to maximize the returns to the Company as well as ensure that the Company s interests are protected
• Identify new business opportunities and obtain buy-in from different stakeholders. Obtain approvals from the relevant government authorities and secure funding from commercial banks
• Assist other BGs in coordinating activities and securing approvals for coal projects
• Foster and enhance close working and social relationship with key senior officials of the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources and other relevant oil & gas government agencies
• Constantly monitor and keep abreast of latest development and changes in regulations and activities of key government authorities to ensure that the Company s activities and interests are aligned

Mine Geologist required for a mining and exploration company. The role involves the control all ore mining in the open-pit in order to reduce dilution and optimise grade. It includes the control of mining on the ore face, delivery of ore, drill hole and RC sampling. Responsibility for a team of grade control technicians and samplers and for their training and development. Ideally, candidates will be conversant with or able to quickly learn either Minesight or Surpac, become quickly familiar with the grade control model and database, and be able to verify the Dig Plan and ore markup. Able to conduct face mapping and trench sampling and enter their own interpretation and sampling data into the geological database. Spanish speaking desirable. The position reports to the Chief Geologist and you will be expected to work rotational night and day shifts. Qualifications desirable for this role are a minimum of 3 years experience in a geological role either as a Mine Geologist or Exploration Geologist for a mining company. An Honours degree or Higher National Diploma in geology is essential, ideally a course with a high component of field mapping. Based in Mexico with a competitive salary. • Control, manage and supervise logistic activities from order process to material arrival in order to provide support for company in term of deliver a good practice to the Supply Chain Management process which conform to business ethics and company s procedure.
• Control and monitor overall packing and transport handling process to ensure handling process are meet the safety requirements and as per standard procedures.
• Administer and report all repair for light vehicle or light trucks, also cost for repaired in order to be reviewed and appraises by the Equipment manager.
• Monitor and control the company warehouse efficiency. Material Requisition vs Purchase Order cross checking, Cargo control, packing design, container loading to ensure warehouse system and procedure are adherance.
Requirements:
• D3 Mechanical or Bachelor Degree preferably from Engineering.
• Min. 8 years experiences in Logistics & warehouse, preferably from Mining industry.

MECHANICAL ANALYST & PLANNER
Responsibilities:
• Developing weekly and daily work schedules for maintenance crew effectiveness and efficiency.

• Ongoing development of the maintenance management system.
• Preparing historical recording and statistical analysis reports to monitor equipment performance.
• Liaising with all departments to ensure planned tasks are adequately resourced and completed within the scheduled time frames.
Special Requirements:
• D3 / S1 in Mechanical / Industrial Engineering / Trade background.
• Experience in maintenance task identification, planning, scheduling, allocation and completion for Mobile Mining Equipment ( MP/RE/CME/MS).
• Sound knowledge and experience in heavy equipment maintenance and equipment strategy development.
• Proven background in maintenance planning/scheduling (MP/RE/CME/MS).
• Having knowledge in heavy equipment mobile technical & operation, fluid and oil analysis is preferable (specially for OEM product like : CAT, Komatsu, Hitachi).
