ASSISTANT TO MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR
Objectives of the position:
You will be reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor Tubular Services Division. You will be responsible for providing administrative services in order to ensure effective and efficient operations at the department you will be assigned at.
Work Location:
You will be based at Tesco Warehouse, Kamal, Cengkareng area.
Requirements:
This position requires the individual to have initiatives and a proactive approach to provide excellent administrative support in an effective and efficient manner.
1. Preferably female
2. A minimum of Diploma Degree, preferably majoring in accounting, administration, or computer science
3. Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position
4. Experience in oil and gas industry will be an advantage
5. Good computer skills including the ability to operate spreadsheet and word processing programs (Microsoft Office) and other business applications
6. Knowledge of office administration and bookkeeping procedures
7. Good communication skill in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
8. Fast learner, well organized, hard worker, and self motivated
