HR Supervisor
Jakarta Raya


Requirements:
Bachelor Degree
Minimum 2 years of working experiences as HR Supervisor preferable in Port Mining Industry;
Have great understanding of the Indonesian Labor Law;
Advanced in Tax, Payroll, Benefit and Compensation
Advanced in Recruitment, Selection, Placement, Man Power Planning.
Have an experience in drafting contract, controlling contract, and extend contract of employment
Have an experience in employee and labor relation especially in Port Mining industry.
Good in English- written and verbal;
Mature, can work under pressure
Willing to stay in Port Area

Responsibilities:
Updating Employee Data
Updating and Controlling Employee Contract and extension
Coordinate in recruitment and employee placement
Supervision for disciplinary of employee
Monitoring for implementing for the company regulation and policy.
Handle staff regulation, such payroll, jamsostek, etc
Evaluate employee appraisal
Monitoring and implementing all aspect related with employee relationship in line with company’s goal setting.
Good relations with local people and support for the program and social events.
Ensure that good relations with government institution and local people are maintained. Fulfill all reporting requirements of all relevant government rule and regulations.
