We are currently taking applicants for the following position:

1. Superintendent Contract (Job No. 898062) – Jakarta Based

• Preferred Graduate from Bachelor Degree with minimum 5 years’ experience in contract related area.
• And 4 years’ experience in procurement area.
• Proficient in Project procurement and construction material specification.
• Computer literacy.
• Strong interpersonal skills.

2. Specialist Training HSE (Job No. 897986) – Balikpapan Based

• Min. Diploma in formal health safety and environmental education will be an advantage
• Certificate IV in Workplace Training; POP (Pratama) certificate
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience within the mining and/or construction industry as a HSE trainer/safety officer/ member of rescue team.

3. Manager Supply Chain - Construction (Job No. 897277) – Jakarta Based

• Preferred relevant tertiary level qualifications in Business or related discipline, preferably Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 10 year experience in leadership and people management and also experience in contracting, supplier management and logistics.
• Proficient in Project procurement and construction material specification.
• Computer literacy.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

4. Legal Advisor (Job No. 888525) – Jakarta Based

• Degree in Indonesian Law or Post graduate law qualification, and International qualification preference.
• Preferred have minimum at least 5 years legal experience with a law firm or in an in-house legal role.
• Skills in drafting and reviewing contracts – English and Indonesian;
• Good knowledge in legal and commercial.

5. Senior Business Development Representatives (Job No. 889083) – Jakarta Based

• Preferred have relevant degree in formal education.
• Minimum 5 year’ experience in similar role in construction and mining industry,
• Experience with customer research management databases, relationship mapping, market segmentation and trade-off analysis experience is desirable, general knowledge in one or more of the following areas is desired: mining, construction engineering or oil & gas.

6. Manager Tender Construction (Job No. 840656) – Jakarta Based

• An engineer or a suitably experience person with a minimum education of senior High School certificate.
• Appropriate Engineering Degree qualification.
• Minimum 15 years experiences construction experiences, minimum 5 years field experience and also minimum 5 years experiences in Project Management or Tendering role
• Desirable previous experience in Power Project or EPC Project.
• Familiar with Project management, scheduling, planning and reporting; Risk Management; Negotiation and Proposal writing & presentation, using applicable tools Industry knowledge desirable.


7. Specialist Training Civil Construction (Job No. 888907) – Balikpapan Based

• Minimum education in Civil trade qualifications.
• Minimum of 6 years’ experience the civil trade fields and/or 5 years’ experience in the field of training and development.
• You should strong communication skills (written & verbal), including good skills in English; Facilitation skills; Presentation Skills; knowledge of training & development process; strong trade competency requirement knowledge.
• Experience in civil works as Supervisor.

8. Superintendent Plant Admin (Job No. 841226) – Sangatta Project Based

• Minimum Diploma 3 or S1 from relevant background (Accounting / Management) with 5 years experience with General Ledger Accounting
• Experience in Mining industry practices especially in Maintenance area related Maintenance accounting.
• Familiar with JDE program, TMS and site regulations
• Minimum education in Civil trade qualifications.
• Responsible to manage Plant Site Administration related cost, budgeting, plant reporting, time entry, employee time sheet, hiring of vehicle and other duties related Plant administrations.

9. Specialist Training Electrical (Job No. 899293) – Sangatta Project Based

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or ex-Thiess apprentice program; with 3 years’ experience in similar role & experience in Electrical maintenance of heavy equipment;
• Have experience in supervisor level will be added value, posses Certificate IV in Workplace Training.
• Previous experience within the mining and/or construction industry as Autoelectric trainer.

General Qualification:
• Good communication skill in English (verbal & written) and Bahasa.
• Highly self-motivated, initiative, team player, and fast adapt.
• Good skill in computer, good in planning & organizing job.
• Interaction internal / external parties, diligent, good team work, loyal & good moral character.
