The Group has been consistently engaged on major marine offshore projects for over 28 years. Our office in Jakarta is inviting dynamic individuals for the following challenging position.

Senior Naval Architect
(Jakarta Raya)

Requirements:
* The successful candidate will hold the following skills and qualifications:
o A degree qualification in Naval Architecture, or equivalent, Master’s degree is preferable
o Experience of technical software eg MOSES, ORCAFLEX, STAADPRO, SACS, NASTRAN, and
o AutoCAD
o Previous experience in shipbuilding or vessel design, preferably within the oil&gas sector
o Thorough knowledge of naval architecture principles including hydrodynamics
o Min. 10 years related experience
* The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following competencies:
o Attention to detail and a high level of numerical accuracy
o Strong verbal and written communication in English
o Proactive, able to show initiative in problem solving

Responsibilities:
* Purpose of Role :
o The purpose of the role is to assist the design group in the development of concept and basic design
o of vessels, rigs and floating structures.
* The key dimensions of the role include:
o Develop concept and basic design of vessels, rigs and floating structures
o Provide naval architecture and structural engineering design assistance to projects
o Project management of design projects
o Prepare proposals for bids and tenders
o Liaise with clients to ensure project completion and customer satisfaction
o Provide mentoring and coaching to graduates and team members
