    Senior Instrument & Control Engineer - SIPCHEM
    (Jubail City)

    Requirements:
    * Must have experience with control valve sizing, selection, and installation.
    * Must have experience with flow, pressure, temperature, and level transmitter sizing and selection.
    * Must have hands-on experience with PLC programming for Modicon, Hima, GE, Siemens and /or Allen-Bradley.
    * Must have working knowledge of Process Safety Shut Down systems, SIL levels, and probability of failure on demand calculations.
    * Qualifications/Experience Requirements:
    * Must have a 4 year university degree in a discipline related to Measurement & Process Control, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent course of study.
    * Must have a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience within a process plant environment.
    * Must have experience with OSHA 1910 Process Safety Directive, including experience implementing Mechanical Integrity, Pre-Startup Safety Review (PSSR), and Management of Change (MOC) programs.
