    Saudi Arabia Job Vacancy, Chemical Engineers - Gas & Liquid Sweetening Specialists

    Chemical Engineers - Gas & Liquid Sweetening Specialists
    Excellent remuneration - Saudi Arabia

    Saudi Aramco is the world's largest integrated oil company and a leading energy supplier. Our Engineering & Project Management business line is responsible for the construction of the company's new facilities, including some of the biggest and most complex projects in the petroleum industry. We recently completed the largest capital programme in our history, which raised maximum sustainable crude oil production capacity to 12 million barrels per day and significantly increased gas production and processing capacities.

    Now, with more projects in the pipeline than any of our rivals, we are looking for experienced chemical engineers. As well as enjoying Saudi Arabia's extremely low taxation and living costs, you can look forward to a fantastic package that includes:
    * Free (in-Kingdom) medical care for employees and dependants;
    * First-class leisure facilities, including gyms, cinema, swimming pools, running tracks and golf courses.
    * A highly competitive salary;
    * Annual cash payment that gives outstanding flexibility and choice;
    * Generous cash travel allowance and holiday leave;
    * Minimal living expenses (gas, electricity, water and maintenance are included in the low monthly rent);

    You'll be part of our Upstream Process Engineering Division, which provides engineering expertise in processing natural gas and light hydrocarbons, producing and stabilizing crude oil, and simulating pipelines and processes. These roles involve carrying out audits, reviews, studies, evaluations and investigations relating to existing and new gas & liquid sweetening facilities/systems. You'll be expected to deliver presentations to an international audience of experts, publish technical papers and mentor less experienced colleagues.

    A first degree in chemical engineering, and preferably an advanced degree, should be combined with at least 10 years' experience in gas processing/gas and liquid sweetening. You must have extensive knowledge of conducting economic studies and cost analysis of different sweetening systems.

    HOW TO BUILD YOUR CAREER

    Career is more than your job, it entails everything you learn and work at during your lifetime. People change jobs or get retrenched all the time. There is more to it than staying in one job or even occupation. It is about careful planning to reach your goals.

    Start out by planning your career

    Learn to know your weak and strong points. What do you want people to remember when they read something about you in a hundred years time? Do you want to be rich, famous or known for changes made to the workplace, society or any specific field, or do you want to be remembered for a specific skill? Are people more important to you than objects? Do you want to settle at one place or like to move around?

    Think about the things you dream about.

    What is your passion? What do you like to do in your spare time? What is it that you have wanted to do all of your life? Also consider those things you dread whether it is change or routine, working with your hands, seeking advice, dislike in people, animals, or loads of activity. People differ and knowing what makes you tick and what irritates you will help establish your main interests. READ MORE.....
