    A holding company in the burgeoning field of mining professionals looking for HRGA Supervisor with the following qualifications:

    HRGA Supervisor
    (Jakarta Raya)

    Requirements:
    * Minimum Education S-1 in the field of Human Resource Management, Psychology, or Law
    * Minimum 5 years experience
    * Excellent knowledge in the field of HR Procedures & Processes, Performance Appraisal, Indonesian Labor Laws & Regulations, including Recruitment, Hiring, Counseling & General Affairs
    * Maximum age 40 years
    * Placement in Jakarta and can afford to travel to remote areas where mines are
    * Able to work hard, discipline, leadership has a soul, and be able to communicate well to management and employees alike.
    * Ability to create and develop concepts and strategies of human resource management both for the holding and subsidiary companies
    * Precedence never worked in a company engaged in mining.
    * Advanced Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)
    * Fluent in English both spoken and written
