    Internal Audit Manager
    (Jakarta Raya)

    Requirements:
    * Maximum age 40 years old, Male preference.
    * highly motivated and proactive with excellent communication skills in Bhs Indonesia and English
    * Hold Bachelor Degree in accounting, economic or equivalent from reputable university.
    * Comprehensive understanding PSAK
    * Good knowledge and implement Sarbanes Oxley Act/ SOX and COSO.
    * Understanding the operational activities on the Contractor Mining / Oil & Gas is preferable
    * At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field

    Responsibilities:
    * To Ensure that the Internal Control of the Company are in accordance with the standards of COSO & SOX
    * To Create, develop and deliver Audit Strategy, audit Plan and audit program
    * To Manage and lead a team to conduct audits
    * To provide audit report
